    Server Maintenance - May 4th

    Greetings Agents,

    The servers will shut down for maintenance on Wednesday, May 04 at 09:00 AM CEST / 03:00 AM EDT / 00:00 AM PDT. Estimated downtime is approximately 3 hours.

    I keep getting an error message whenever i try to load the game up, error code is 20001004. Tired to get a number of times its loaded up a few times but goes off after 30 seconds off playing. Any ideas what this could be? im playing in england.

    Close a thread to send me to a thread that sends me to some other thread to find out ya'll are doing a piss poor sitting on your *** until maintenance to do a hot fix you can do right NOW? If this was my job I would of been fired by now if I left the server unfixed for days instead of installing a hot fix as soon as a problem is found. Every other game I'm on does this within hours of an issue like this. Not days later when they feel like it.

    Hell just look at all the other games out there that are still running strong for years with 100K customers still playing. There weekly maintenance are like 15 mins top. There updates might be an hour or major patches a couple of hours. They do them the same days no matter holidays or not. Oh I love how they closed down another thread that pointed out the code issue cause they have 31 days in April in the code. Again sending us to this link which sends us to another link. If they had some one that good an responsive fixing there server code issues it wouldn't take 3-5 days to do a hotfix and wait until your scheduled weekly maintenance.

    Dude you have no idea what your talking about. If you actually paid attention to anything they say, you would know why they changed the maint. day to thursday. Its so they can get more days out of the week working on bugs. Instead of working on it then going out for the weekend to come back with 1 day to prepare the bugs and implement them. Has nothing to do with holidays.

    Hacks and Game Crashes

    This is just to ***** and that is it. Fix the damn game. Hackers everywhere and in one game session game crashed 4 times. I stopped buying BF games because of the ******** BF4 pulled on us. You want me to stop buying your games too?

    OP says this maintenance is on WEDNESDAY.
    Even though they said weekly maintenance is moved to every THURSDAY only a couple of days ago.
