Save Data got reverted during a level...
Hey Support,
I just got an Xperia Z3 compact, and decided to reinstall Trials Frontier. I've been playing the game on my iPhone 4S, and while I know that saves are not transferrable between platforms, I also remembered that I have played this game on Android too (on a SAMSUNG Galaxy Trend Plus), and my progression was around the same. I have opened the app, logged in to Uplay, let it download the save data, and bam! I was level 33. Everything seemed fine, so I decided to play the slot machine. It wanted me to get gold on Burning Bushes I believe with the Mantis, and I have accepted the challenge. The race started, I got to the finish line just in time, but then it showed, that I have completed the track in 0 seconds. I thought that it was a bug, so I have moved on. I wanted to get my prize, but there was a text, which said that I can spend 5 diamonds to reroll the current challenge. I have pressed the race button again, hoping that it would not reproduce the bug, but unfortunately it did. I got to the finish line in 0 seconds (or so it said). I have restarted the race, but then everything went black, and I was at the beginning of the game, on the Riptide. I have tried synching with Uplay again, but it didn't want to bring up the local save vs cloud save choose menu no matter what I did. So what can I do to get back my progress?

17 days have passed since I opened this thread. Didn't get a single reply. Now I tried to download the game again, and guess what? My level 33 rider went down the drain. "Thank you" for your "help". I'm glad that I didn't spend a dime on that profile.

I had slightly different circumstances causing it but the same end result. The profile I put months of time and a reasonable amount of cash onto is gone. Whilst I had one RL staff offering to help this has now dragged out over a couple of months and I'm getting more pissed daily. Some sort of compensation for the cash/missable tracks etc that I've lost and can't replace would be nice..at least I'd be able to play the game again and not feel so ripped off.
