Yes it is most definitely good that cheaters are being cleaned up. But there are glaring, I mean DEEP issues with whatever they implemented. Here's some info.
This ban affected BOTH hack users AND glitch exploiters (Mobile cover glitch through wall, falcon lost APC kill with sticky bomb - BUT!!! Only to an extent)
Here goes...
Players received ban email and can still play. (Some hack/exploit, some non)
Players received ban email and neither exploited/hacked OR logged on in WEEKS. (Woah, and yes there are numerous reports of this)
Players have NOT received ban email and cannot play.
Players exploited 999 all HE mats, 1 billion credits 240 gear score from extensively glitching Falcon Lost - And are still playing....
Players have used hacks and are banned (The point, right?)
Players have used ingame exploits (poor dev code) and received 14 day ban.
Players are STILL HACKING (teleport/aimbot/OPK/magic bullet/RoF/Inf ammo/Instant reload) and are STILL PLAYING (Seriously? wtf)
Ban email says to contact support. Support says "We can do nothing"
My largest concern is the gaping inconsistency and clarity of the bans/ban system.
Without telling someone specifically why they were banned Is indeed an issue.
Considering there is indeed legit players who have neither exploited nor used hacks are banned this is a serious disregard of paid consumer respect.
Considering there are players who continue to fully exploit AND use hacks but are running rampant is a massive concern.
Considering there are players who received the email and are still playing is asinine.
This whole situation is an unreliable mess. It's nearly as bad as Massive/Ubi not preventing thousands of lockouts from the backpack glitch that I personally endured for 24 days and replicated with proof but Ubi live chat/public responses never took notice as an issue.
Personally... I was locked out 24 days from backpack bug. There's no manner of proper recompensation which they have or will provide to such players (Some were locked out from launch...).
I was included in this ban wave. But I have no answer/reason as to why. I ran around with a suspicious username on purpose, which I ended up changing back to normal but Ubi refused to provide proof of cause unto which I was banned.
As many legit users browse these forums, just like when the backpack bug claimed thousands of players, when your account is next on some unscrupulous farce of an endeavor and you make your threads on the forum, and garner many with you... in the end, Ubi truly neither listens nor cares. Their code is like cancer. It just eats up whatever it wants without proper regard to its purpose.
Despite all yall trolling... The "Point" of the matter:
It's all flawed. That's the point. I'm sure none of yall are innocent of never using a single glitch in the game either. Not one of youPlayers received ban email and can still play. (Some hack/exploit, some non)

I'll throw that stone. I never used a single glitch. Guess what? I'm not banned.Originally Posted by TestingPlox Go to original post
