The BBB is actually a joke. All it is basically used for is customer reviews. I filed a complaint with the BBB about my ISP in the past, all they do is try to mediate a resolution between both parties and then post the results on their website for other customers to publicly view whether or not a satisfying resolution was made between the parties. The BBB has no authority to make a company do anything. It was a waste of my time to even bother filing a claim with them. Unfortunately, all you can do is speak with your wallet in the future.
