Right now the Incursion is a mess. Here are my biggest complaints about it, and how to fix it.
1. People leave/disconnect and nobody else can join you, due to the respawn bug. No other area does this, and you are either forced to disband your group, or try and beat it with who you have left on your team.
The solution to this is to make it like any other mission, where people can join at any point. Your own coding auto invites people to The Incursion, but they can't join. Does this make ANY SENSE?
2. Shotgun enemies are to powerful, killing you in 1shot from halfway across the map, as well as 1shot up close.
Reduce their damage based on their distance, and across the board. A 180+ gear score player should never be 1shot by these guys, close or far away. It should take them at least 3shots to down/kill you.
3. Hard mode is like challenging difficulty and challenging is like impossible difficulty.
Hard mode on this should be equal to hard mode on missions. All purple level enemies, with only the bomb carrier and APC being yellow. Challenging should line up with other missions like they are in game. Keep it as a uniformed front across the whole game.
4. The APC spam grenades to much without even a break between firing, and it's area of effect is to large.
Adjust both the frequency and AOE accordingly to make it more balanced.
5. Ammo refills are to not plentiful enough. One should not be forced to use the healing station ammo mod to make up for this.
Allow players to refill from the Ammo crates as often as they want.
Now some people will say that I want Incursion to be easier across the board , and that is not true. I want a balanced game across the board. Since we can't level past 30 and enemies are 31 and 32 with insane shield protection, Ubisoft/Massive either needs to raise the level cap to 32, or scale the enemies down some. I find it insane that you empty 2-3 clips into 1 purple enemy and they just soak it up on Incursion hard mode. The Incursion needs to be symmetrical with the rest of the game, and not this mess.
You don't die in Incursion because lack of skill, you die in Incursion because the entire thing is off balance to the Nth degree. Look at some other Hoard/Survival mode games and you'll see what I mean. I shouldn't even have to explain this in the year 2016 to a publisher (Ubisoft) nor development team. (Massive)

3. Thats fine! Keep it the way it is! Challenge mode is supposed to be that way! You saw what happend with the challenge modes before. They were cleared after a week, meaning players start complaining about the lack of content!
4. The APC shoots every 25 seconds! The radius is big but also is the time you have to jump out of.
5. I have cleared the Incursions several times now and i never ran into ammo problems. We also didnt use a Healing station with Ammo. Communicate with your team when to open which box and never open both at the same time. Secondly make sure you go in there fully stocked on grenades and ammo! The GearScore recommendations are totally off in my opinion and they are misleading. In general they should remove GearScore again!
The Hard Mode is totally fine and i think close up a shotgun should at least down you and thats on hard or challenge mode! Challenge mode is tough, YES and it should stay that way! It's not impossible but just really freaking hard! I got to wave 8 or 9 with a random group after wiping 15 times and adjusting our strategies!
Incorrect. You die in the incursion because of lack of skill. There are plenty of players that are having no problem. My squad was farming hard mode on day 1 of it's release. It is not too difficult. Shot gunners also do not 1 shot most of the time at that gear score. Are you not armor capped? Now that protection from elites actually works it should be even more of a non-issue. People were farming it when protection from elites made them TAKE MORE damage. What does that say to you?
Also, ammo is not a problem. If you are using the simple way of clearing the incursion then you are near the ammo all of the time. What I would love to have is the initial ammo box (before you drop down into the encounter) be a full restock box instead. So that you get all of your medkits back. It is really tough for people learning the encounter and trying to progress to only have all their medkits on the 1st attempt. When we wipe, we have to start over. At least start us over with full medkits. Having to leave and restart the incursion to restock medkits is tedious and simply a quality of life issue.
I do agree with the very first point though. They should allow new players to join when one leaves. I can see how it can be abused for sure, but I don't really think the greater majority of players are going to abuse it.

Only Think I would like to see is a 100% refill of Explobullets/Firebullets and stuff at the beginning of FL.
1) It's a bug that they will be fixing.
2) That adjustment is needed in general.
3) The intent is for HM Falcon Lost to be closer in difficulty to mission Challenge Modes at gear level (CMs are obviously quite easy when you out gear them). CM Falcon Lost is to be even harder. They stated that before they released the patch.
4) They key is to not have all 4 people clumped causing all 4 players too have to move. I could see giving an extra second to get out of the way, but overall I haven't had problems with it outside of a few times I randomly got stuck in cover. It's important to realize what part of the circle you are in and move accordingly.
5) I've yet to have any ammo problems. As others have said you need to coordinate. It's also a good idea to have at least a little increased ammo capacity on your gear.

Massive didnt want people to kick other out and invite fiends. (this is happening a lot in Callange Missions)
The Only Bug here is: That people could get the bug in a new grp when they did the Incursion bevor.
easy solution is to relog. This will do the trick.
Massive already said that this is overall working as is should, but got a little bug on it.
