Because it seems, generally speaking. That the higher percentage of people on the forum have no concern for their or others rights as people.

On the note of cheaters, yes, they need to be dealt with. There's no doubt. I'm under the impression that GTA has a 'cheaters only' online server. Which solved their issues. But if people honestly think that there is a 0% chance of a false positive. I hope you're one of that "0%". You're probably someone who supports the death penalty too, because no jury ever got it wrong, right?

The game is designed with a trusted client, so I'd suggest most bans have happened by reports from players. (An assumption, yes, but this forum treats those as fact anyway)
Now look at the community outcry and the rate people are getting disinterested... You don't think Ubi might have gone 'full damage control' and just banned everyone who was reported?

Did you have a look at the screenshot of the ban email from reddit? It doesn't actually give any of the evidence their Code Of Conduct promises... I'm skeptical and I honestly feel like, until I see evidence that there was a 100% positive ratio, it's spray and pray.

All that being said, I really don't care about your opinions. You want to call me a hacker because I make a post about consumer rights and local legislation. Fine, please feel free to post your evidence. Until then, you're basically an antivaxer, because they cause autism, it's true because reasons.
For the record, you can also be banned for telling a possible hacker that their parents should have aborted them... Just saying...
