Anybody successful? I read a few articles online saying a few people were able to get refunds or credits back.

Out of curiosity and blind hope I tried this, but "Karl David T." the support guy, said "the game is working fine, unfortunately I won't be able to issue any refunds or credit to your account."

I foolishly bought the gold edition, so I guess it's a pretty expensive lesson to learn. Unfortunately, I've already been through the "wait so long to play a complete game" thing where communities at that point are non-existent (Rainbow Six:Rogue Spear) and I thought maybe since I enjoyed the beta, I could support this game at launch with what seemed to be a pretty healthy community with a solid new IP and I feel fooled. I wish companies would stop making the "It's complicated" excuse. Programming is programming, and if you write sloppy strings, you end up with sloppy drawing and loading. Please, please work out your formulas before implementing them, this is why we see things like unlimited timers for rehabilitation or the million dps glitch. I wish companies would spend less on marketing and more on production. I'm seriously tired of this and it's something that's driving me away from video games in general, something I never thought I'd say. Keep the effing game in development and widen the alpha/beta testing QA player base and you'll find out why your game is broken before you launch it.

I get it this is a "MMO looter shooter" but most of these issues are client-side, people. I can't stop thinking about how people would react if Nintendo had to keep sending you a new copy of Star Fox every month because they didn't forsee you being able to cheese Andross and glitch outside of Corneria.
