Griefing (Massive please look!) Server issues

It hit me tonight out of nowhere.
After so much time in game and going rogue I'm starting to understand it much better.

I go rogue a lot. I also use lfg daily. I'm pretty in tune with the rogue population currently.

I feel right now their is a huge issue with underpopulated servers.

Groups of people looking to engage other players are running around for hours sometimes with no one in sight.

When they do find someone (usually solo players) the kill them out of pure boredom.

If that poor soul is the only other person on the server they are going to killed repeatedly with no option but to leave the server.

That rogue group will in turn move to another underpopulated server and repeat the process.

The dz used to be FULL of people. I know there is enough people playing that the servers can stay much more populated than they are.

Withing the last week I have had servers completely to myself for hours at a time.

The longest run was over 6 hours.

I took advantage of this and got some farming done but this is happening more and more frequently.

I feel as though the something is wrong with the servers and the solo players and small teams are the ones paying for it.

People simply don't have time to grief on busy servers . They are far too busy trying to stay alive and get to landmarks fast enough themselves.

Maybe I'm wrong and it's working as intended but if not it may be worth looking into for everyone's benifit.

Probably because everyone is finally realizing the DZ isnt as fun as it was intended to be especially with all the mostly Asian Hackers running around and Ubi not doing a damn thing about it, yet they will ban someone for accidentally wall glitching instead. DZ is becoming more barren daily, soon with the whole game. I enjoy the game, but its dying fast. They dont care about quality, only lining their pockets. This is my last Ubi game ever.

I knew someone would come in and say that. There are plenty enough people playing to populate servers.
The servers just aren't putting them together . It has nothing to do with the number of people playing.
    Please take this nonsense elsewhere.

SO This s what I posted to UBISOFT, Massive, and the cheaters:

Dude do you have any idea what my post was about? At all?

It has nothing to do with cheaters. I think you came into the wrong thread.
It has everything to do with cheaters, everyone is refusing to play because of the cheating, and all the cheaters are going to where people are. So of course these places are empty...what did you expect!

Well if you experienced that on an XBOX then you have no idea how bad it is on PC.
Take your situation and multiply it x 20...the DC is just filled with so many cheaters that they literally are like a pack of thugs just wasting everyone over and over.
You cannot get in and run around to do anything without being shot from 2 blocks away, shot through buildings, shot by people with 5000 RPM endless ammo clips running as fast as the Flash.
Those people who are the griefers you experienced are the same types on PC who are using god cheats and they just run up to you and laugh over you then boom, gone.
There is no point even playing in the DZ until it is fixed and myself and all my buddies have all given up.
A good 40+ people I played with regularly are just not even logging in anymore due to it.
Hence all my previous suggestions pertaining to the PC and how, since they cannot rewrite the core of the game to prevent cheating, will have to make some quick and dirty changes in order to save it.
Core RPG players stay long term for PVE and FPS lovers will stay for the PVP so there will need to be some fundamental changes to save this sinking ship as it stands right now.

This is the problem, groups of rogues going round hunting people. the DZ is PvEvP not a TDM PVP arena. I only went to the DZ for the dynamic PvE content, content sorely missing from the PvE part of the game. I mostly solo as I don't trust groups thanks to being shot in the back far too often along with ganked by hackers (PC). If I see a red skull, I'm straight back out of the DZ as it would seem a lot of others also do. I only have an hour or so to play daily due to work and family, so I do the dailies for the PCredits cannot be bothered with the teenagers running around ganking in the DZ for their lolz.

My Division playing friends have moved on thanks to the lack of content and the borefest that is the incursion, so no real choice. So we're almost all moving on, to Dark Souls 3, Grim Dawn amongst others.

No, no and no. A server can hold 24 people . It just isn't putting them together . Instead it spaces them out across several servers.
What I'm talking about had nothing to do with cheating .
Servers being empty , as in you are the only person in them, is not correct and something needs to be done about it.
It's just a bonus that having dull servers decreases the amount of bull you need to deal with.

Prime time up until around patch 1.1 on PC there was a queue around 300-400 to get into the game. Now, no queue. Do the math on the amount of people that have stopped playing.
