That is actually good thing, you have to see more than cheaters/hackers in games.

totally agree, i can't wait to see the post that says ALL HACKERS GONE!!! defo a step in right direction tho, hope it continues till they all are gone and this game can be played and enjoyed the way it was meant to be.

Totally just a PR stunt. Shocked they didn't hire The Fall Guy's Lee Majors, he used to be the stunt man they called for help.

Well what a conveniently timed situation lol.
Issue is, Hamish just happened to be there and witness it.
The only way this would continue is if they employ a crap load of ingame GM's to monitor all activity and that is not going to happen on a non-P2P game.

Not true at all about the 14 day ban limit on European users. There is however a European law that was enacted (about defective digital goods) that protects purchasers from being denied refunds.

I know right people complain nothing is done

somerhing starts to get done and people don't like it/complain.

Atleast they have started actively banning people my bet is their names will go into a database linked to an auto anti cheat system. but hey who knows

    Whats better doing nothing

    or

    Doing something.

This makes me happy for the PC crowd - as a console player, we haven't had it nearly as tough as the PC crowd for hacking and that.

So I'm happy to see that the PC guys are having their experience tidied up.

It's a step in the right direction, whatever way you look at it.
