9 HACKERS handed 2 week BAN in 2 HOURS!!

Well as much as i'm still pretty much sat on the fence regarding this game atm it was nice to see that 9 people were handed 2 week bans today, straight up 2 week BAN!! Hamish was on chat in streamerhouse's stream and they went in the DZ, found hackers and hamish was watching the stream, got there names and they were handed 2 week bans instantly, it was so funny to see justice done even if it was just 9 people, its now 9 less people to worry about! but damn right justified they were blatantly hacking and got there 2 weeks off from the game. I am looking forward to more of this and i can't wait to see more bans incoming for the rest of em, hopefully now this is the start of a deterent for a majority of em, i know ubi have kept there cards close to their chest regarding the new anti cheat or whatever it is they are doing but think i have a good idea as to what they are doing and i'm really happy to say ITS ABOUT TIME!! GG guys keep getting rid of these hackers and make this game better for everyone again

You mean suspended. Banning is when you prevent them from coming back at all. They will return. It is going to take banning their game's key to really have an effect.

My understanding is that perma bans in the EU are unlawful.

I dunno about you, but if I were suspended from playing any game for two weeks, I probably would not return after those two weeks are up.

That's a damn shame then. Sorry for the EU people if that is true.

Not sure if sarcasm, Adding a raindrop to the ocean doesnt really fix anything.

Temp Ban... These people are on notice now and you know that these screachers can't help themselves so it will be a perma soon enough.

Also I highly doubt EU as a group can or would even waste their time creating a law like that. Thinking about that even being a thing sounds very stupid to me. I think they have more to deal with than whether or not a publisher can police their own game...

Yeah what I thought they said was in the EU they can't ban on first offense. No more than 15 days for first offense. Who knows if that's true though and maybe after that then they can perma ban?

If it takes them that long to find just a handful of cheaters then they will never get a handle on this problem. This seems like a PR stunt to me.

Never heard of anything like that, i am pretty sure bans in BF4 are perma on the first offence.
