    I wouldn't complain when the Sentry's Call wouldn't be the most effective thing from all the sets, not only in PvP, but also in PvE as well.

    I disagree with the op and think that this is one of the only sets that is actually useful and special making it worth it. I think the other three sets need talent reworks to make them as desirable for players. Strikers should give you a defense buff to make you a real tank. Tactician should be buffed to cool down skills faster than it does while also making them stronger. Nomad is cool but it needs one more thing...... let's say 6 extra dark zone item carry slots.

    Sentry isn't a PvP set.
    It's the best gear you can get.

    Umm you realize when you hit the max for the TA set your skills have 100% up time for the most part. Tacticians is fine the problem is the fact skills cap way to low. Raise the skill cap and it would be fine.

    Due to the low cap, I've juggled my stats that I only have 28k Skill Power as a base before the TA starts proccing, why waste slots and stats into other thing when the cap is 45k for most of the skills. And, with this; I've upped my stamina and firearms to help burn enemies down rather than just sit there spamming in FL

    Only reason every one is running Sentry is because Striker is broken. If striker actually worked as intended it would be more OP then Sentry as the striker can give you a 100% damage buff when at max. And the problem is not that people can use it in the DZ aria. The problem is that the DZ aria needs a new bracket for 196+ that way you get a bracket for those that run around with 4 item set bonuses. Nerfing the Sentry set item is not a solution at all as that would make it almost impossible to do challenge mode incursions.

    except your striker idea: +1
    strike is so bad because this game has a veeeery high lag compensation and what you see
    is NOT what really happens. plus the game being very laggy as well even on fiber-connection.
    circumstances which let you loose the buff waaaay too fast.

    the striker buff should be in 5% stacks, so 20 stacks to build up and each raises the buff by 5 seconds.
    also the stacks should not be by hit, but by damage. lets say every 40 000 damage +1 stack.
    each stack also capped so a 160 000 damage hit would still only give you one stack.

    same could be done with sentry but the other way round: per stack you would need at least 120 000 dmg
    so it would still work with e.g. assault rifles but you would need a definite headshot crit for it.

    *fix the numbers to your like - its just a rough example of the mechanics in mind*

    as for pvp i think the nomad set should give better protection (in darkzone only),
    e.g. double the life or half the incoming damage or insta-kill cheaters
