    Trials of the blood dragon?

Theres a rumor going around the web that the next trials game is going to be set in the theme of far cry 3 spinoff blood dragon. Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this?
If this was to be DLC for fusion then this would be great but im not sure about basing a whole new trials game on this theme.

I don't think this is a good idea. Is it so hard to do just a normal trials game, like Trials HD and Evolution?

just noticed far cry 3 blood dragon´s trailer starts with "Welcome to the Future"

Trials Blood Dragon has to happen, IT HAS TO!!!!!!
the colorful 80s neon theme, the synth music, the exaggerated goofy action and all that... thats exactly what im looking for! for me this would be a perfect continuation of what rl tried to start with fusion.

on the other side i dont think most of the players would love this idea as much as i do and would rather prefer a remastered evo (?) with that in mind the question is: how to make it right? imo besides of the overall theme we still need wood & rusty machinery objects at launch, guess thats the favs of most builders.

How about....from the makers of Trials HD and Trials Evolution comes.....ready for it...

    TRIALS EVOLUTION II, the sequel.

The game was the strongest in the series. Why do developers try to throw a gimmick on a solid game? It literally brings no interest to a series. I suppose it's just a theme, but Evo didn't really have a theme and did well based on the core game.

I'm guessing the 2 games Far Cry and Trials will try to link unlocks through Uplay. Has anyone cared about Uplay since day one, other than the creators?

Just have a strong track central and a more interesting MP from launch. Better progression in the game, much like the COD MP unlocks. That's all that matters here. Oh, and smash the unicorn still. Did anyone care about that? I get the humor, but I'd rather see Redlynx focus on a strong solid title and lose the gimmicks. It honestly add zero to the series.

Trials HD, no gimmicks, Evo no gimmicks....both insane titles. 90%of players are casual players though and it's about making the initial sale. We'll see how it goes. There is genius in Redlynx creations and outlandish pointless additions, as well.

It's like you never even considered the obvious name Trials Revolution, well consider me disappointed. Also, I'd imagine the reason for tacking on a seemingly unrelated theme or gimmick is to inspire interest in the general audience who can't see Trials as anything more than a stock standard supercross game, even though it probably doesn't need it.

After watching the trailer for Far Cry's Blood Dragon, I can only hope that Trials of the Blood Dragon is an add-on to Fusion while Trials Evolution II is being made. If Blood Dragon is a stand alone Trials game, we can all expect it to be just like Trials Fusion (judging from the Far Cry trailer), but hopefully with a better physics system implemented into the game. I think the physics in Fusion hurt the game more than anything else.. well, the physics and the bikes imo.

And don't listen to Vegas -- the unicorn was a wonderful addition to Trials Fusion. I would definitely carry this over into any and all Trials games that are released in the future
