Don't stand still when you're shooting. It might look like you're not moving much (because you're not), but it's enough. Peoples 250K DPS doesn't mean much if they're not hitting shots.

If you're outnumbered and running, funnel them down a hallway, turn around and throw an incidinary grenade. Best way to slow people down, as they'll either have to stop and wait, or run through it and set themselves on fire. Win/win. Unless you come across someone who has extremely high resistance. Unlucky.

If you're outnumbered and get hit with a Shock Turret, put the controller down and look away from the TV. You are already dead. Watching such a cheap death may cause a person to react in the most extreme ways, I.E throwing their TV out of the window.
I hate shock I'm this game more than anything including s slink.

We are talking about it earlier and all agreed at the least you should be able to heal even if you can't do anything else.

I have a tip for solo rouges.

always try to know how long the hallway is you are heading to vs the hallway you are curently in. This will help you to know if you can turn and fight off the corner or not . IF the hallway you are curently in is longer than the next hallway it is to your advantage to fight , since you can drop 1 man and kill him at range when they come around the corner . Then if they rush you and you need to retreat and re position you can be around the next hallway before they are giving you more time for cooldowns.
    I like that. Smart.

I love it. I use the short paddles, the long sticks the trigger stops and the stick sensitvity customization.

With the trigger stops maintaining rate of fire on pistols and the m1a is a breeze. The longer sticks give you more control and rhe paddles let you do things easily while having no down time on controlling your character.
I thought it cost a bit much at first but I'm extremely happy with it.
The enhanced d pad is also phenomenal when your under pressure in game.

I was expecting a lot and I feel like it has exceeded my expectations .

Am I doing something wrong? I have the Elite controller but it's not letting me map dpad to a paddle.

    You have to select edit.
Where the mapping choices are you want to select the paddle in the top slot and the d pad in the second.

It confused me too. It seems backwards to what it seems like it should be. Select paddle first in the menu and then dpad .

Don't try to use the auto map by holding the buttons down. It doesn't work well. Use the edit button.
Also don't forget to save the setting. If you don't actually use the save button it will not store the settings.

Seriously, its all this right now..Even with max armor and with bugged Reckless, you get melted pretty quickly to the last segment.
If I didn't have the bugged Reckless, I would have probably died.
They need to nerf it at least for PvP.

Once reckless is nerfed I don't think it's going to be so bad.

Also, letting some one get head shots on you is a bug no no. That's kinda your fault In the first place. The last thing you want to do I this game is go toe to toe with anyone. Use cover. Use you roll. Circle around cars. Do everything you can to gain position where you can shoot without being shot.
If you are trying to trade licks with someone you are doing it wrong. I've taken on teams before and barely lost half a bar of hp. Make them miss. On console at least it's extemely easy to do. Catch them reloading. That when you do your damage.
Never just stand there and try to burn them down un less you have a clear advantage. (You being behind them, they are reloading, you are team shooting a player.)

Really Renegade-NC ... Did you not read the subject of this post?
Why are you hijacking it? Nerd

OP ... The Elite is a great controller and that is a great idea. I've tried the paddles under the controller and found that I grip the controller too hard and set it off by accident. I guess I just need to practice.
    Good tip though.

Something I've found in the game that may help others... at the bottom of the Controller setup there is a 'Analog Dead Zone size' (called something like that) and it reduces the amount of play the analog sticks have. I found dropping that setting down to 10-15% is pretty good in sensitivity. Purely subjective though, you may not like the responsiveness. However I found that if you were to change this setting it will not stay at that custom setting after you exit and restart the game, not like the other settings (Xbox). Clearly a glitch but in essence a good way to get your sticks nice and responsive.

Triage triggers from Medkit heal over time effect, up to 5 times or something, overheal included i think.

Critical Save works with all heals apparently, meaning if you use First Aid below 30% HP you get 40% damage reduction.

Basically, just use Medical tree talents. Adrenaline, Triage, Critical Save and Combat Medic.

And do a 1 - 2 - 3 combo, starting with First Aid, Medkit, First Aid. Should happen very quickly.
