    IP Blocked?!

I was trying to access the forums at work and I got this message. I don't even log in from my phone, I just read threads. What gives?

Worth noting that my wifi has been funky lately, working fine at home but not connecting to public wifi. That being said...this happened while on normal 3G/4G coverage (I don't use wifi at work).

Quick update, I tweeted Ubi support. They said they reset my IP on their end and it should have fixed it. It did not fix it. This only happens if I'm not connected to wifi, otherwise the site works fine. It only happens on this one website too.

Have you checked that does your phone keep the same IP address everytime when on 3G/4G when this issue accures? (http://whatismyipaddress.com/)
It should change time to time because all mobile addresses are given by operator carrier dhcp server.

If your phone has the same address every time, you could change it by shutting it down for longer period. Maybe over night, so the dhcp lease time expires and you may get other IP after starting the phone again.

Your phone will have other IP in wifi-network, that the reason why it works there.

    Hi Justinman114,

well it's possible that the IP in your office has been banned previously from our forums. Maybe not because of you, maybe not even someone playing Trials Frontier, but someone using that same IP address that would have done something to get the IP banned.
If you know the IP, I can check if it has been banned (private message is better for this ^^)

Well, I don't work in an office, I work at a store. That being said, this regards my phone's IP address since it only occurs when I'm not connected to Wi-fi. At this point I have given up since Ubi support seems to think they fixed it and stopped replying to my tweets.
