    Incursions on Challenge Difficulty

Okay, I have a character with 270 DPS with AUG, 93k Health with full Armor and 11k Skill Power. I'd say my character is pretty strong at the moment as I can easily solo in even DZ06. But the thing is, I found those Incursions on Challenge Mode absolutely unplayable! I've never used exploits until I tried it on Challenge Mode.

The first annoyance is you have to find a really good group even to have a shot, it takes a lot of time even to be able to find such group. If you do get lucky and actually find a good group, the real issue just starts. I understand Incursions on Challenge Mode are supposed to be the ultimate challenge of The Division. Don't get me wrong, I like challenging games; but this simply is not fun! Massive said it would be about tactics; but all it's about is just finding ways to cheese the mission. When you make one mistake, you all have to start from the beginning.

I can hear people saying that I don't have to play it if I don't like it, of course; but the only thing I am looking for in the game now are some more 240 Score Gears so the only way to get them is through playing Incursions on Challenge, there are no alternatives. I've never complained about DZ or anything in the game; because you always had the opportunity to build your character so you could survive. But Incursions is not about that and I don't really want to cheese a mission for more than an hour every week. Again, I'm up for all challenges, as long as it's going to require some actual tactics rather than finding a way to cheese or glitch through.

I found a "random" group through the division lfg Reddit yesterday and we managed to complete it.
It's really all about managing your cool downs and having 1-2 survivor links off cool down every shotgun and bomb wave.
3 straight dps guys and 1 electronics guy. 2 status immunity boxes, 1 ammo box, 2 pulses, 1 flash bang sticky, and 2 over heals between the 4 of us. Took about 6 attempts before the stars aligned.
    Everybody was around 200 GS

Had someone who seen my dislike of exploits on the forums add me on uPlay. He invited me to my very first challenge mode incursion. The guy was very calculating, knew what waves were what, what builds need to do what, etc. He said you basically need 2 set ups. One needs to be a pure DPS (Not one that is based off of accuracy and inflated damage builds, real DPS), and one needs to be an electronics build. The other 2 can be whatever, and their job mainly pertains to making sure everyone stays resurrected, and keeping an eye out in the pit for any unwelcome visitors. No glitching involved he could clear a CM with people thats never done it, and gear scores in the 170-180s in about half an hour. With people who know what to do he can clear it in 15 minutes.

You just need to find that 1 group that can base their setups in ways you need. 2 players with Support Stations that resurrect, 1 with ammo. at least 1 person with the ability to stun drones, and your tech guy that can pulse nearly non-stop. Everything else based on support.

I managed to complete it as well, once(though I've done it a few more times through glitching). It honestly didn't feel very satisfying, in Dark Souls games, a really hard boss also annoys the hell out of me; but it gives me a great satisfaction to kill it. It makes me want to play the game more. Somehow when I done Falcon Lost on Challenge Mode, all I thought about and still thinking about is that I never want to do this again. I know what exactly you need to do to beat the mission; but like I said, I personally did not find it any fun.

I would be alright with that if it was just a mode for fun to play when you really want an ultimate challenge. But it is at the moment a requirement for me to do every week so I can "hope" to get the Gear Piece I want. If I choose not to do them, I simply will have no other way to improve my character any further.

I suspect that there will be very few teams that will complete it without exploiting it. My prediction is less than 10% of the player base.

There is honestly nothing fun about it to me. Some people find the challenge fun, but there is a fine line between fun, and frustrating for me. And the Challenge Mode leaps over that line in my opinion.
