    Dark Zone Scaling/Leveling Suggestion

I have been thinking on the recent avalanche of comments regarding Dark Zone problems and have thought of something that may help in alleviating the issues of being obliterated by "way higher level than me" players while traversing the DZ.

The current scaling for the DZ is from 1 - 160, and 161+, but what if the DZ were scaled as follows.

    1. Divide the various levels by 3 and scale to a six tier structure accordingly.
    Example: Tier 1 = 1 - 53; Tier 2 = 53 -106; Tier 3 = 106 -160; Tier 4 = 161 - 214; Tier 5 = 214 - 267; Tier 6 = 267 - 320.

    2. Scale the DZ areas to the level of the players level.
Example: DZ 1 available only to Tier 1 player, DZ 2 available only to Tier 2 players, etc...

    3. Scale the level to open the DZ chests accordingly.

I believe this system would alleviate the bully effect currently going on in the DZ, and pit similarly leveled players against each other. Additionally, it would promote a desire of more players to embark into the DZ on a more consistent basis.

If would even consider doing this then they should probably just delete the dark zone all together. The dark zone is a place to go where you should not feel safe. Leveling up your character solo should be a challenging factor. If you want to stay safe then just work on campaign/incursions.

I am not looking for safety, players could still go rogue, but they would have to do so on their appropriate level.

wouldn't it be even more simple that the attacker party might be, by the moment of engagement, temporarily downgraded to the attacked ones gear level? (let's say to the higher gear score of the attacked agents)

they would nonetheless retain the advantage of timing and tactical options

yet I don't know if technically feasible...
