    DZ= worst endgame/pvp ever.

we're here to talk about packs of stray rogues controlling most of the major cities in America... and by packs I mean 6-8 of them.

so, Ubisofts Idea of a fun endgame/pvp zone is sticking everyone in the darkzone with 0 balancing, 0 real brackets and no rules? yea, makes a lot of sense to me (maximum sarcasm)

balancing- we all know there are only a handful of guns that are worth a damn and only a handful of talents worth a damn, and most of us just can't invest the time required to get this perfect roll gear. While others have exploited their way to the top of the food pyramid and have the best rolls on all their gear.

the brackets- two brackets is a joke, there is a significant difference between someone running a 163 gear score character and someone running a 190+ gear score character. you basically put great white sharks in a tank full of guppies. there needs to be more brackets for sure. If you actually created brackets for every 20 GS you would see a decrease in people being miserable in the DZ.

no rules- ok, we get it, their rogues, their "bad asses" or at least their mommies tell them that when they tuck them into bed, in their little paw patrol pajamas. no rules is kind of their thing. they shoot people in the back ,they are underhanded and they don't fight fair. We get it. But it seems a bit ridiculous when there are packs of 6-8 of them circulating the DZ wiping out everything that moves. Can we just call them what they are a bunch of pu**y a** bit**es. it's not like you can run away from them, they will chase you around a map and shoot at you if you try to enter a safe house so you get locked in combat. Plus there are only a handful of good farming spots so they know where to hunt people down.

you gotta love their arrogant actions and their bragging on the forums. "git gud". If they're so good why do they need 2-4 extra cuddle buddies ready for a circle jerk? If you're scared to 1v1 me and have to run back to your safety blanket then you obviously aren't very "good".

the worst part about this is the penalties. sure they lose a lot when they are manhunt, of course do you really think 8 organized players are going to lose gun fights against a bunch of unorganized randoms? please. not to mention there's usually at least 1 person in these groups that can 1 shot people. But regardless of our status, when we die, we lose tons of XP and a good chunk of our gear. if I just spawned and can't even walk out of a safe house because of a bunch of sissies stroking their E peens, I shouldn't lose 3000+ XP. plus they might lose 10,000 maybe, but I'm losing 3,000 so all they have to do is kill me 4 times and I've already lost more than they could.

not to mention the rewards in the DZ are abysmal(180+ is rare. 190 throw a friggin party. 200 play the lottery, you're the luckiest SOB to play the game), the current DZ rank wall on the gear is lopsided in favor of these same a**hats. They're the ones that are 90+ in the DZ, they're the ones trolling players for HE and DZ funds while we all grind it out in misery. the only way to get anything good is to hope you could extract enough materials to craft, of course crafting is now a huge pain in the a**. they say they want us to get our items from drops so they break crafting, they also make drops crap and the RNG+RNG+RNG system is terrible, so we can't get anything good from drops either. Basically, you just can't get anything.

You are right in many things but...you need to be prepared to be destroyed in 3...2...1...

Every time i see someone make a post like this i imagine them as the lone player in the DZ that screams and talks **** when i kill them. Its just hilarious that everyone seems to think that because rogues run around in groups of 4 that they are scared or something along those lines. Couldnt it just mean that some players have actual friends to play the game with?

lol one of these posts again ...

It's not fair ... they are pu**ies, they are bullies, they are scrubs, they can't 1v1 me ... lol etc

Welcome to open world pvp ... no rules / no balancing / no crying (well lots of crying here on the forums apparently)

I'm all for them giving us some pvp with rules kind of game modes with rankings (CTF, DOM, FFA) as it would be fun but also so people like yourself will stop filling the forums with their anger over people playing a game as was intended.

LFG is your friend. Matchmake or find some friends to play in the DZ with if you're having issues.

You could always just man up and find some friends to play with. I wont touch the DZ unless in a group. Hell, the other night we had a group of 10 of us running around in party chat together. We had an absolute blast. We would wait for someone to go rogue and then chase them down and put the hurt on them. Some of the best times I have had in this game. And no, we didnt just go around picking on people like yourself, we only killed rogues...

Not the worst. Just something that's been attempted so many times in the past, especially in MMOs, and has never been successful. While there are players who want player-derived PvP, it is quickly ruined by the few who use it to abuse the majority of others. This has never worked for a game's longevity or for encouraging new players. In fact, games that have them, tend to offer alternative servers with different forms of PvP or just PvE.

The issue here isn't that PvP is what it is, it's that a developer in this day and age still thinks it will work. It doesn't.

Yeah love when we can get larger groups in the same zone. We had the same thing a week or so ago (6 of us) and we just farmed mobs etc. Check this quick vid - my buddy was being cased by another player eye balling his DZ loot pack (he thought our buddy was alone) ... we said bring him around to the side of the building and we all came back down stairs.

I would say these are successful with it - Arma II & III mods, DayZ, Infestation, WoW (on PVP servers), Ark, H1Z1 ... the list goes on

But yes as you mentioned, many (if not most) have alternative servers (even if whitelisted) for the PVE minded.

gotta love the misuse of the adage, "man up". is it really manning up if you have to hide behind other people? or when you can only accomplish anything if you have a bunch of people holding your hand?

I rarely play solo, I had some free time and wanted to grind DZ rank while none of my friends are on. Usually when I do run solo groups of 2-3 rogues don't really bother me, I can usually put up a good enough fight that they get the idea there's no real reward in messing with me. In fact, just before this group became an 8 man boy band they were a 3 man group and I wiped 2/3 and almost dropped the 3rd

of course having a group of 4 wouldn't do me much good against 6-8 players controlling a good portion of the server and since i tend to practice what I preach I don't like the idea of abusing the broken system and bringing in multiple groups. It always turns into a "let's go rogue and kills all the peeples" situation cause there's always that one kid in the group with the itchy trigger finger. this is just another to exploit or not to exploit argument, and unlike the Falcon lost exploits this is actually makes the game experience worse for others.
