    Destiny or The Division?

    Hi,

I'm currently putting a lot of hours into Destiny but reached a point where gaining levels has become a huge pain in the äss due to the need to team up with people for Raids etc.

I have no issue with teaming up with people but finding a clan that play at the same time as me tends to be a problem.

I'm wondering if The Division is any better in this respect? Do you have to find people to team up with for the end game content or is there matchmaking for everything?

I don't plan on giving up on Destiny entirely but I'm wondering if The Division is worth buying to give me a break from the endless grind.

    Thanks

I say they merge into one massive game "Tom Bungies The destivision".

Seriously though IMO 2 totally different games. Try em both I liked division until endgame and the same for destiny, have not played since all destiny updates though.

Division does have good matchmaking. One of its best features atm.

Except it's all too common for people to kick you from group prior to the loot. I'd still recommend sticking with friends. If not, make sure you're the host/leader.

It's fun for about 4 days. Then you hit a wall. But in time I'm sure it will be better. Destiny's endgame was SO BAD when it first came out and at this point has had lots of time to adjust.

Games are almost the same. Short campaign then rinse and repeat daily mission over and over and over. Destiny is the same when it comes to end game run the same strike missions until you can do them with your eyes closed and still get crap drops.

The match making helps but, I have tried to match into the Incursion but as soon as I spawn I get kicked. I guess being level 30 with a gear score of 170 isn't enough for the elitist that glitched their way through over and over and now have 260 gear scores.

I played at launch all I remember at this point was one instance you had to farm over and over and this was the only way to get upgrades at that point I gave up. Non pvp upgrades

The difference between this and destiny is that in this game you dont hit a literal loot wall after a certain play time. For destiny each dlc gave me around 1-2 months of play before i had done everything and had all the best items. So far in this game i havent gotten near all the best items and even my best items can be remade for an attempt at better rolls. Yes some would say thats just more of a grind but i actually enjoy the PvP elements of this game, where destiny's PvP has gone through cylces of it being ruled by a single overpowered gear set.
