There are more examples of companies who did not take action when their game started to spiral. D3 was the exception and certainly not the rule it seems.
I wish them luck but by the time they get things "fixed" will it have been financially viable, the community still be around and be enough damage control to help future products?
Diablo had past releases and a pre-built fan base. This is a new game and it had to steer its own course and nurture its community.
