To Those Talking About Law Suits

For real. I'm not even gonna talk about how I think suing people over personal problems is stupid.

First, this is not the place for that. This is a Ubisoft owned site and the would never allow talk of a law suit to continue forming on their site for long. If they allowed that to happen and allowed this platform to be a place where people can coordinate law suits, then they would be, in effect, supporting a law suit against themselves.

Second, this section from the terms and conditions, to which you all acknowledged and agreed, takes away all grounds for a suit that you guys seem to think you have. You could've read this before you bough the game and were required to say you read it and agreed to it before you played the game.

LOL what also people forget is a lawyer or law firm will take any where from 30% to 44% of the settlement. So you want to wait years for that $29 settlement? Only way to avoid that is paying all the legal fees up front and hope a Judge or jury award you +legal fee's. Most settlements don't cover Legal Fee's

Basically the MOST anyone could receive is $60 as a refund for the game and $40 as a refund for the season pass.

It is so much fun to laugh at the ignorance of people thinking that they can sue the company over this game. Thats like suing McDonalds because your burger wasnt as fresh as you expected.

It called making informed decisions. If you are not doing that, then you need to reevaluate your life.

If there's a class action lawsuit, you'd be lucky to get $5 after Lawyer fees and everything.

So that is why Assassin's Creed: Unity that a free game was offered that if accepted meant the people accepting free game would not participate in any legal action against Ubisoft because of Unity?
