Please return crafting to its original cost!

I'm loving this game but the crafting prices are absolutley horrible. I've farmed 3 days worth of materials about 4-5 hours each day and just burnt through them all trying to make 2 guns all of which never had 2 perks I could use. I know the cheaters are bad right now but this issue is chasing this player away. It is beyond frustraiting!

I agree. They want us to loot items but everything that drops is 163 and rarely you get 184 which most time isn't even good. Now how do they want players to advance if we can't craft and the chance for looting good HE items is very slim. I've been stuck at 163 and 184 weapons for almost 2 weeks now because I'm not DZ level 75 yet and its pretty frustrating. What going to suck even more is when I do reach level 75 probably next week they'll have some ****ty blue prints there for weapons I don't use.

In the past month that I've been playing this game I've yet to get a perfect drop.....and that really sucks. I'm not saying all drops should be perfect but once in awhile the game should give you what you need so you feel rewarded in a way.

I would have to agree. Massive stated that they wanted to change up the dynamics of the game and have us get our gear from drops rather than crafting. And since they were gonna guarantee HE items for every named NPC kill, it only made sense to nerf the crafting economy. At the time I thought it sounded like a great idea.

Then the patch dropped and we realized that virtually every HE drop was a 163. Even from the level 32 enemies in the DZ or CM. So yeah, we're getting a lot of HE drops. Which we immediately dismantle and take to the slot machine...I mean, crafting bench to try to get some better gear. Except we can only do that at about 1/10th the rate we could prior to the 1.1 update.

Either give the drops a massive kick up in quality, or return the crafting economy to its original state. As it is now, you've not only failed to provide a system where players get their gear from drops, but you've taken away the best method we had, making the game a mind-numbing grind with little chance of progression.

Agreed, crafting is in a really sorry state right now, made even worse when you consider some blueprints do not have a specific firearms, stamina or skill power set which has in effect even nerfed recalibrating of attributes.

Agree. I want to craft till I get the gear stats I want..... not run the incursion. As it is now it's like they dont want us to craft and rather force us to go dz or incursion.

    Yep

Yeah, it's funny, because I really don't mind a grind, but jeez.

Took me 2 weeks to save up 780 pc so I could buy some set pieces schmatics. All the while getting tons of HE drops, all of which are useless to me, except as materials.

It did improve my overall makeup, but man it was expensive enough that in 2 more weeks when I have saved up enough pc to buy more schematics, I will probably NOT have enough materials.

That's if running the same missions over and over over can keep me interested.

I feel like I'm trying to drive THIER amusement park, but they're standing on the brake pedal.
