PLEASE Disable Quick Turn around on PS4 | Forums

I know they have the option to disable it on PC....please please please add this setting to PS4/XB1

It has never once helped me, and only ever screwed me in intense moments when I'm attempting to kite backwards and shoot at my enemy while controlling my recoil that naturally climbs up so naturally I have to press down, but in that intense reactive moment I press the stick just slightly too hard on accident and instead i turn around and face a wall and get shot in the back, completely disoriented, and EXTREMELY frustrated.

I have died or been seriously hindered in combat more times than I can count and would be perfectly happy without this feature, since like I said, I have never once used it. I know the option exists because I have seen the PC menu options, so please please please give us this control selection also...

If anyone else has this problem or agrees that we should at least have the option to enable or disable it... please upvote

I run into this only when I am not trying to do turn 180 degrees. I still have not found out how to do this on purpose yet.

Best is when you are being staggered and you go 180.
However, I have this problem in a lot of games. My gorilla grip constantly has me doing some function I'm not trying to do because of those DAMNED thumbstick buttons. Remapping doesn't solve my problem most times as these games have so many controls that if I move this here, that needs to be here-which will make me now pull up the maps or whatever.

Sorry Y'all, but I'm going to have to disagree. I practiced how to use the quick turn around on demand, and added it to my evasion tool set. The quick turn around activates by pulling down on the left joystick and then pressing in L3. Depending on if you pull to the left or right, your character will follow by turning to the left or the right. I use this to GTFO of a bad situation, as well as quickly move my head so a player cannot aim at it as easy.
