As an Xbox owner you should find it straightforward to claim a refund from MS as ive done this in the past. You can simply quote from the new law which was passed in Oct 2015

The law applies to ALL digital content from ALL retailers.


The game is broken, the servers are broken. Your experience of the product is diminished due to the faults.
The product you purchased is NOT fit for purpose.

Claim your refund and give the big F.U to developers who think they are above the law and can continue to fleece the consumer with broken games.
