Since this issue has affected Xbox One and not PS4 I'm going to need more details to investigate your issue. On what dates did the tournaments you played close?

Thank you. I dont recall the dates, last time was maybe a few months back. (I stopped playing tournaments as i was not awarded any prizes.) I will try it again this weekend, if there are any with acorn prizes, and get back to you.
