Personally I tend to agree with you, just fix the glitches then roll back all accounts to the last patch, the sooner the better. I know that would really upset a lot of people but it is the only real fair thing to do.

What will happen is NOTHING. Ubi is going to allow this game to spiral into the pile it is becoming and than in a few months wonder where everyone went.
they aren't gonna wonder about nothing they got the money and they are laughing all the way to the bank! Just like EA, Dice all of em it's all about the money not the consumer. But reading the forums the game is causing a "Division"

If people don't do their job properly then people generally get punished, I don't think you would particularly enjoy doing your job and have everyone crying out for your blood when you make mistakes... guess people need to be perfect every single time from now on according to your logic, I tend to think people have to make mistakes to learn from it and UBI is learning that maybe the game is a mistake and now they need to fix it.

Now knowing this if I knew someone made a mistake that allowed me to do something that was not intended then it is my choice to do so, and because it was my choice to do it the consequence of me doing it will occur good or bad, so yes the persons that choose to do things that have not been designed to happen ( mistakes taken out of the equation ) should receive the consequences of them doing that said action.

People can argue this till the cows come home nothing that you say will change anything, Judge a man by his deeds not his words.
Yes im sure everyone knows but ill say it again. Ubi still has yet to state what the glitch is. If they dont tell us exactly what it is, why should we be punished for using it? For all we know, they could be talking about something else(yes i know they arnt but just trying to make a point). Until they tell us what it is, for all we know thats how its supposed to work(and yes i know its not supposed to work like that).

The devs wrote the code for this game. We bought the game as is and IMO, these glitches are part of the game we paid for. Its not our fault that they can not code correctly, or test the game properly. If we go back 15 years, game companies actually had to test the games themselves. There were no patch updates to fix glitches. They actually had to do some work. Why cant UBISOFT do some work and fix the glitches?

Yea i know im prob going to be hated on for this post but this is just my opinion.
Yes you are completely right in that you are going to be hated for this topic. It's classic troll topic. There is so many things that are wrong with repeatedly exploit glitches, both morally and practical. By allowing glitching, witch is the same as not punish it, you're making sure that allot of players quit playing the game. What happens is that a few people exploit some bug that allow them to farm items 5000% faster then normally then they go to the DZ and totally dominate all other players. Many of those players feel then that ubisoft screw them by allowing this and quit playing. But those that use the glitch will also quit playing because they will get bored of the game 5000% faster too. After have got all the best gear and killed allot of players in the DZ without any resistance within 12 to 48 hours of new stuff have been released they find them self "nothing to do". Now for the moral part. How good or skilled do you really think you are if you exploiting glitches? A true gamer that truly loves games would never even consider using glitches even if he would know exactly how to do it. Not only because of the above mentioned reasons but because there is no honor in it. Every achivment you achive will be tainted and can be questioned by every one. You're labeled as a cheater for ever, not only in this game but every one who know who you are will think that you have cheated your way to your achivments in every future game you play.

This game won't survive a mass ban.

Let me explain how this will go down .

Massive will look that the numbers.

They will estimate how many people would continue to play if they went though with a ban and compare that number to how many players they would lose banning.

Whichever one keeps them the larger player base is what they will do.

They arent going to ban hundreds of thousands of players that play frequently in "hope" that a much smaller group will return.

The "glitchers" are playing. They will also be the ones to spend money on future content.

This game isn't good enough to take a hit like this.
They need that cash flow or this game will be completely dead before it even really gets started.

Trying to defend it despite of clear statement in CoC. Who could be so stupid and think that going through a wall is not a glitch in this game? Some glitches can be arguable and need to be marked what is not allowed. But this wall glitch is just pure intentional abuse and should be punished.

On the other hand, hackers, cheaters, glitchers wil never disappear from this game sadly due to the poor design in this aspect, but at least banning people + fixing glitches that can be fixed will prevent this mass cheating in future.

That is very short term thinking. Long term they will always loose more players for not banning. It will also hurt future sales not to mention pre-orders. People will hesitate to buy the next online multiplayer game if they don't get there **** to gather.

Dude, it's just a video game.

What achievements? You aren't accomplishing anything. You're wasting time playing a game. Achievements are out there in the real word. Having something to be proud of happens out in the real .
Being a stand up moral person happens in the real world.
The dz itself by design is for people that want to get over on others. The devs flat out made a point in this game for people to do the most immoral things imaginable. Sneak up an shoot someone in the back, take their stuff and laugh over their dead bodies.
Get ahead by any means necessary. No rules , anything goes.
That's the message this game sends. And that's what players are doing .
But it isn't real life. If someone had told me games would come to this back when I was playing golden eye on my n64 I'd have told them they were flat out crazy.

    People are such hypocrites

The funny thing about those who are complaining about glitchers are guilty themselves even though they don't seem to notice yet they like to throw stones. How many of you were rocking the rehabilitated mask glitch????? Huh? How many of you right now are rocking the the vest that is bugged???? Huh? You know damn well they are broken and do not work the way they were intended hence giving you an advantage. Spare me with the high horse BS!

You will get hated on because what you just said is stupid.

In order to play the game this way you have to actively do certain things in a certain way, in a certain order to take advantage of errors. It isn't like you can just walk through a wall accidentally and do this.
