You are correct, sadly. We no longer buy a game so much as we buy a licensing agreement. And in that regard, in this digital world anything we "buy" can be taken away from us. My money, or your money, or anyone's money means nothing to a large company.

It's funny how this turns into some big deal...and so big a deal we all need to vent on a message board. Raargh you knew what you were doing! Raargh it's the developers fault! Raaargh I'm going to spend two hours writing the greatest post of all time that will change everyone's mind!

Still, I think Ubi could have handled it better. Like I said, using the word "punish" is too harsh. I could never be so aggressive towards a paying customer...then again, I'm not a big company.

Why didn't Ubi just create specific glitchers brackets above 200 something in the DZ? It will avoid these guys overpowered guys to kill "normal" players and will bring some balance back in the DZ. This suggestion has been in the community for a while.

Well there are more steps to follow then only dying to a boss, those that exploited know very well what they did.

You have to take into consideration that they have been using the advantages they have gained against other paying customers, they need to have punishments cause otherwise it will happen again.

Glitching and Duping are problems that exist in almost any game and are not easy to just code away. Its not only the shield that makes it possible to glitch thru walls.

I have played games where these issues have existed for years and it have ALWAY´s without questioning been considered cheating very close related to scripting.

Exploiters need 1st strike 2week temp ban plus reset then second strike perma ban.

Skiddies need a perma ban directly.

Answer is simple, they cannot distinguish cheaters, glitchers or "legit" players.

It should have been: You rent a racetrack for an hour, but because there's no barrier around the track and no indication on driving direction, you drive around in whatever way you like. Then when the owner stops you and tells you to drive along the track and clockwise you get a hissyfit like a little baby and tells everybody else that actually drove the way it was supposed to drive that they are stupid.

Unelss you are completely devoid of ethics you very well know that cheating is cheating and blaming the abuse of glitches on the devs is just for you to push recponsibility away from yourself.

Dude its custom to ban cheaters.. Never encountered it even being a question in a game before.

If you have a hobby that you like and something takes a strange turn, your saying you would not do anything to keep it they way you have found it fun and whats been custom for years and years.

It´s not just a game its a hobby like any other.. I play games instead of watching TV and Movies and for it to be interesting in PVP i don´t want to play against cheaters thinking its ok to cheat their way to a advantage over Me, constantly playing against cheaters with advantages over you then it becomes a waste of time.

I enjoyed this game and payed 40 euro for it and it does not take me that much time to be here so I will continue to fight for customs to be followed here.

No, seriously, I am still in game, glitchers are not using game to get to your account, take your money, and buy better stuff for it.
They are exactly same like Ubi/Massive, they are using gtlich/cheat to get more. Like seling game in beta state with poor code as AAA MMO game to gain more money.
