Think about this for a second. From the videos I've seen people were running at a wall and using moble cover to glitch through a wall.

The reality is they clicked 2 buttons on a piece of plastic and pushed forward on a tiny little joy stick.

If someone told me you could get banned from a game from sitting in my chair just playing with my controller that sounds insane.

Why are people trying to bring LAW into a video game. It just doesn't make sense.

It's not real. If law starts to exist inside of a virtual made up world I don't know what to say.

You are begging for censorship beyond reason.

And people wonder why the world is so ****ed.

People act on emotion and demand what will make them happy in the moment without thought of the final consequence.

    Where will it stop.

"exploitation of new or known issues or bugs...".

using mobile cover to glitch through a wall is a known issue or bug, that is being exploited for ones personal gain.
i dont think you need the other information around it to get context. it seems pretty straight forward to me.
I don't think so. Obviously it is intended because I can do it. Nobody can be that stupid to have something in the game and have it stay in the game when it isn't intended.

Hell...for all I know the cover is supposed to do that. I never read the forums, but I sure as hell see a lot of weird stuff in this game. Just the other day I emptied a clip in a guys face and he didn't die. It as misty but everybody has 20/20 vision as if it were a clear day, and boy do those grenadiers know how to pack a lot of grenades...wonder where they keep them. I also just put on some rad new pads and now my bullet hurt 20k more per second.

    So there is that

But beyond that...there are countries where click wrap has no legal status...which does not bode well for the CoC.

ii Downs ii comment was in relation to context of that specific line.
the line displays its own context, and needs no other additional lines, above or below, to provide extra context. it is self explanatory.

and no where in my reply did i bring LAW into it. i provided context. which is what he (i assume) was looking for.

"But her window wasn't locked, she obviously wanted me to climb in."

Unless you are a small child, or have a legit developmental disorder, you know right from wrong. The argument that you should not be punished for cheating because the ability to cheat is there is probably the saddest statement about the community you could make, and that's saying a lot. "It's just a game" isn't any better either.

Try carrying yourself with a little dignity, respect, and integrity; it'll get you a lot farther in life than your 200+ gear score.

People made the choice about going through the window. That is illegal. No where in the game does it say that we are not supposed to be able to walk through a wall. There is no law or anything in the CoC that says we are not supposed to.

Also how do we know that walking through a wall is an actual glitch. Ubi has said there is a glitch but has not said what it is as far as i know.

if that was the case, then they wouldnt have patched the police academy or incursions to "try" and stop it from happening.
by the mere fact they have done that, makes it a "known issue or bug" that is being exploited. massives actions by "fixing" those situations tell us this.

Dont get me wrong, i know exactly what you mean. But when it comes down to it, they still have not said what the glitch actually is. So technically what is happening is part of the game. If they actually came out and said hey dont do this, its a glitch or exploit it would be different.

common sense has to be used at some point.
remember the adage, if its too good to be true, it usually is.

Yes but not everyone has common sense. What about the gamers that might have a disability and see something online such as this glitch. They may not know any better. Why should they be punished because Ubisoft cant do their job correctly?

You are just arguing a point for the sake of it, everyone here on this forum knows what the glitch is and im sure a person with learning difficulty might find it hard to equip a mobile cover run at a wall throw the cover through the wall and enter an area he was no supposed to unfortunately that require a fair amount of intelligence, persistence and a want or drive to find this out, I believe this argument is invalid.

If people don't do their job properly then people generally get punished, I don't think you would particularly enjoy doing your job and have everyone crying out for your blood when you make mistakes... guess people need to be perfect every single time from now on according to your logic, I tend to think people have to make mistakes to learn from it and UBI is learning that maybe the game is a mistake and now they need to fix it.

Now knowing this if I knew someone made a mistake that allowed me to do something that was not intended then it is my choice to do so, and because it was my choice to do it the consequence of me doing it will occur good or bad, so yes the persons that choose to do things that have not been designed to happen ( mistakes taken out of the equation ) should receive the consequences of them doing that said action.

People can argue this till the cows come home nothing that you say will change anything, Judge a man by his deeds not his words.
