I love this game. Really want it to succeed.
Haven't glitched or exploited the game at all.
I thought option 3 sounded best to address this.
Make all current HE gear and weapons 240 and fix the exploits. It would level the field again without have to strip any users of time, equip or XP.
Ubisoft can then focus on higher gear level equip/weapons for next incursion and make sure loot systems can no longer be exploited in the future.
And we all move forward.
It wont though . This will just start again. Glitchers gonna glitch . That's just the way it is . They've been around in every game I've ever played .battlefield for instance . Full of boosters and glitchers from day one. Still is ..
I play this game mostly solo but not always. I rarely see these fully kitted out rogues. I don't really go in for fire fights anyways, unless I'm attacked.
Game is fine as it is . My gas is 190 . It's fine for the dz. it seems to be mostly consoles that have these rogue glitchers anyways.
I cannot read the article because Forbes insists that I disable some of my security settings to see their site.
But based on the comments so far in this thread, if Ubisoft REALLY wants to make a point, they will drop all 240 gear score items to 192 gear score and then start new with any new gear items that come out in the future in other Incursions.
Ubisoft wont even have to change anything else, other than updating the code for those 240 items to reduce the gear score on all of them down to 192.
