    Ubisoft Coddling Griefers (cont.)

    So, the previous thread was closed due to flaming, that said, a legitimate conversation was taking place.

    So let's keep things more cordial.

    Anyway there is a spawn-camping gankzone in DZ02 that is completely protected and being exploited by griefers as a free Rogue/Manhunt cooldown area.

    i agree. 1.1 changed everything.
    no, not only do they get a massive benefit for surviving going rogue, now because of item quality inflation, they are pretty much assured that when they kill someone its for HEs only. couple that with all the armour glitches going on, and its all but impossible for a legit player to kill them.

    its not cool when you run up against a person that has 100%+ armour mitigation, and knocks you down in 6 SMG bullets, crit or no crit.
    then there are the cheats. there seems to be more and more of them too.

    my group pulled out of the DZ 3 times yesterday as its pointless. cheaters, asshats that are exploiting the armour glitch and loading up on all dps, and now with the sets providing so much DPS benefit, you just cannot compete. the best part of the game for me so far was leveling to 30. the way the DZ has gone, has all but ruined the enjoyment for me. as it has for a few of my friends already.


    by having an alternative outside the DZ to get gear, it gives people another avenue, and thins out the whole BS surrounding the DZ.

    I think the problem is....they need to fix the part of some players being Rogue and the teammates not being Rogue because they died.... So if you go to attack them...it turns you Rogue which in turns makes you lose more. Also... I think they should allow fast travel to certain safe houses when you are not in Rogue Status to help non Rogues to clear the greifs..but I think if they did that. it would get exploited..so what can you do.

    if you die as rogue, and come back non rogue, that's part of the game, if you shoot the non rogue player and go rogue, that's your own stupidity. It takes 30 seconds to respawn, not to mention the player who died would have to catch back up to the group to have a shot at making the chasers go rogue. They dont need to fix this at all, players need to improve their aim.

    Except the griefing takes place at a spawnzone. Rogues don't need to fight their way back to the group, the group is waiting for them at the spawn.

    Also this has absolutely nothing to do with aim or skill. This is groups of 4-8 spawn-camping a DZ entrance, then hiding on a 100% protected rooftop to let their timers cooldown.
