It is literally a Post on a Forum which you do not have to agree to in order to play the game. In fact, most players probably don't even know that such a page exists because at no point during the installation or play of the game are you EVER directed to this Page. Ever.

Further more - it is posted by a Community Manager... Not a Legal Representative of the company.

They can do whatever they want, it doesn't matter who wrote and where it is written. And if you think, that you are the person to open a class action lawsuit against Ubisoft for banning players - Good Luck. They will rip you apart.

I think at least 80% of groups in matchmaking this weekend intended to cheese it, sure theres always guys who actually want to play their games, instead of fast tracking to the top then wonder why they've nothing left to do in the game. But you seriously couldn't matchmake this weekend and find teams not glitching. It was probably even higher than 80%.

I tried many times MM Incursion yesterday and i encounter only once (in Challenge Mode) who wanted to Glitch.
The others wanted to do normally.

I believe there are half players but 80%? i doubt it.
Anyway, that's not a good reason to not ban lol.

That is really a naive way of thinking. Ubisoft properly have better lawyers than anyone here on the forums, who think suddenly they have a degree in Law, because they have watched too much Law and Order.

I said it in another thread - I'll say it here. Those who are campaigning for Ubi to drop everything and eyeball exploiters are the cheaters who are currently using RPM, Speed and God Mode hacks in the DZ.

Here is the solid truth (as always) - what's going on here is these cheaters want to use threats of lawyers and lawsuits to get Ubisoft to tunnel vision on PvE players, so that they can continue to use their cheat programs with ease. Why? because they know if Ubi is stumbling to keep someone from getting some piece of gear 5 minutes faster than some other player, then they won;t be focused on the MAJOR cheating going on in the DZ.

Did you kids think that EVERYONE would not be able to see through your smoke screen? You're still going to eventually get banned for your DZ cheating. You have done a good job, though, of getting a lot of people here to think you are somehow trying to support some sort of moral value, when in reality it is a distraction from your own plots ... what good Rogues you are.

Nah. Nothing to defend. i just simply don;t think my life is going to come to an absolute grinding halt because some kid has a better piece of gear than I do. i mean, really, how silly is this entire argument?

I know plenty of kids that could have the BEST gear in the world, literally perfect stats for their character - and be completely useless because they don;t know how to play. People are laying too much on gear in this game and who-has-what arguments when there are more important issues to look at.

if you glitch and get a piece of gear, then try to take me on in the DZ - I'm probably going to headshot you and continue farming for Div Tech. But if you are using god-mode cheat programs - now THERE is something to wonder about. Instead, though, these kids are worried that John Doe down the street got a shinier Tonka Toy for Christmas from Mommy and Daddy, pretty much. So, yeah, I'll have whatever fun I wish to with these threads. Besides, work's slow at the moment.

OMG! You trust in the Court of Laws fairness. But all that even doesn't matter because nothing will ever go to court, because there are none here on the forums there will sue Ubisoft for breach of contract. Ubisoft decide what your faith is, and they will ban you like Blizzard do if they want to. Blizzard have been succeeding for a long time with punishing people who abuse the game in the way is wasn't supposed to be played. All game companies have more or less the same Code of Conduct, EULA and Terms of Use, so if Blizzard can do it, then of course anyone else who wish to punish people, can do it as well.
