It's your own fault, Ubisoft. Punishing players for your own fault, come on. Do you have a clue how many people actually used the exploit? - I bet more than 50% - just to stay competitive. It's also your OWN fault why people are looking for exploits in The Division, because the Incursion is nearly impossible to do with random matchmaking and most of the randoms. It's way too hard for most of the people, who don't have 200k DPS & 100k health. So if you gonna punish the exploiters for your own fault, trust me, you'll lose a huge amount of the player base, because you'll punish players for something that is in the game and you couldn't find it first.

You can drive over pedestrians with your car. There's nothing in the Owner's Manual that says you can't run over pedestrians with your car. People don't use their cars to run over pedestrians, because they INHERENTLY KNOW IT IS ILLEGAL TO DO SO!

You can put a fork in your toaster, too. Did you get an owner's manual for your toaster? Did it explicitly say, "Don't stick anything other than bread into this device"? You don't put forks in your toaster though, because it's COMMON SENSE not to.

You can also snort Comet All-Purpose Cleaner. It'll probably kill you, and I'm pretty sure there's a warning about snorting on that bottle somewhere. But I've never read it, yet I know that you don't snort Comet All-Purpose Cleaner.

My point is, just because it's there, and just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Terms of Service and the Code of Conduct are binding agreements between us and Massive/Ubisoft and their respective partners in this franchise. We all agreed to them before we even made our main.

The bottom line; if you broke the rules; you deserve what's coming to you. Don't get angry because you tried to beat the system. It's just like the law; if you break it, you'll be punished accordingly.


If I had any say in the matter, I'd give them all 7-Day bans on the release day of the first DLC. But that's just my opinion.

Ill belive fixes/bans/whatever when i see them. its been almost a week since 1.1 and nothing yet
hell there isnt even a ticket submission tool in game if you get caught by some bs or another

I'm soooooo glad I haven't even tried Incursion. What I have read makes it sound like a Developer "F**K YOU" to all the players.... so the players decided to send it back to the devs with an even bigger "F**K YOU" by exploiting the hell out of it.

Personally I think that anyone who exploits is only cheating themselves out of the fun of actually playing the game the way it was meant to be played. Is it fun to play snakes and ladders and go directly from the first square to the end in one move? You've won... but the winning is an empty thing. Same with exploiting. You have the best kit but just being given the items loses all the fun from acquiring them the proper way.

Just shut the thing off until you can fix it. How can it be in their best interest to leave it up for ANY amount of time? Can someone with experience shed some light on why they might be leaving the incursion up while everyone is exploiting it?

To find as many problems as they can. Maybe they are working on the fix but can leave the server up.

Perhaps they are looking into more than what we have seen.

I laughed, because a buggy/broken product falls within this law we call " Consumer Rights Act 2015" with your own words "you deserve what's coming to you" and It's just like the law; if you break it, you'll be punished accordingly.

Yet for some darn reason, you defend them... Now I know you might be within a country that doesn't have a version of a law like "Consumer Rights Act 2015" but there are many within the EU with laws like that one, and Australia I think have something like that...


I agree, they should be punished, Ubisoft is quite known for Broken buggy games, it's one of their "Iconic features" after all.

Here's the problem. There's so many bugs and glitches in this game that it is nearly impossible to have been level 4 or higher, before this patch, and not taken advantage of a bug. It doesn't matter if it was willingly or unwillingly. You talk about the law, well here's one for you. "Ignorance of the law is no defense." I want to know one person who honestly has not taken advantage of at least one exploit. Even if it was a talent on a weapon or gear piece, or even a server change.

Just because you can doesn't mean you have to, this is also a 2 way street.
Just because you can or can not glitch does not mean you have to, the whole argument made by those moronic glitch inquisitions.

Very simple i can either get cheated to dead in the DarkZone farming for items, or i can use a glitch.
In short get a 3/5 bann even if ubisoft cares or spend a multitude of times getting facked in the *** by cheating wankers.
While glitching is just PvE related and does not effect the other players in terms of there experience cheating does.
Ant it should be the main priority to get ride of that so people would like to venture in the darkzone to look for those high end items.
And this whole Falcon glitch it just amazingly boring to begin with i wouldn't mind farming some the normal way.
But sticking your head in the darkzone as it stands is just full of ******ed cheaters.

And no the current Falcon glitch does not impact other gamers, some people get the gear sooner.
But you still need the high rolls, get the right pieces in the end the farming time spend will be far less.
Saving time while not impacting other players is just fine,
And again you do not have to use a glitch, it will take you more time and/or luck to get the items you want.
And let people find the glitches so ubisoft does not have to invest time in finding them in turn they can spend there resources on improving the game and deal with cheaters.
Make a secret account and sub to youtube channels and ubi will know about all those glitches as soon as the rest of the players.
Entirely for free, all it takes is a hotfix it is that easy.

Well, i met a few guys today telling they wear 240 gear, like to cheat and rape other player in the -160 DZ, just saying. they still have fun. unlucky when they switch off there computer laying in bad and crying about how wrost there life is.

Also i met someone going rouge and always when he got shot down he just teleported away. soooo cool
