I sent a question on 10/04/2016 @ 00:44 had no reply from it and now when I try to go to the my questions link: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/MyQuestionHistory.aspx It just tells me I've broken the internet... Have they shut down this page and all the tickets without telling me/anyone?

Woops, looks like a reference got messed up (system error, it is nothing you did on your end)! OK, here is what will get you there:
- You can use the same link so click it.
- all the way to the right of your username you will see a couple of blue link choices, one is a magnifying glass and the other are 3 white lines. Click the one with white lines.
- a dropdown box will open, select "My Cases" and you are all set to look up your ticket number!

Is siege compatible with the xbox one mic setting "through speakers" because I can't have it set to the normal way as my chat adapter is broken people can hear me but I can't hear them unless I have chat come through speakers (I wear a headset anyway so sound doesn't annoy other people.) Can someone people confirm if this is why I can't hear other players on your game. If it's not compatible when will it be?

Okey doke, try this then:
- Log out of your account entirely.
- go to https://support.ubi.com
- log in again with your uPlay account.
- From there click that link with 3 white lines.
- Select "My Cases"
if that doesn't work let me know!
Is there any chance I can get a sort of timeline as to when to expect this to be answered? Even it someone tells me within one month as long as I knew that it would be fine... But the email really needs to be changed because the within 42 hours is a massive lie considering how many people come on here saying they've waited a month.
My problem still hasn't been looked at and it's really just a yes or no answer, maybe even a "we know about this and we are going to fix it within the next 4 months." since this has broken my game experience since communication is key in siege.
Oh man, dont get your hopes up. Chris claims he has escalated my cases several times, but nothing has happened. Just to give you an idea, I have 5 unresolved tickets, 1 1/2 month old.
