My Only Problem With This Game...

    The Weapon Customization...

I would love to see one more mod slots added to the barrel section of gun customization. There is already an under-barrel attachment slot but it would be great to see an additional side barrel slot added to allow for laser sight/flashlight + grip combos.

It would also be amazing to have the ability to attach your grenade launchers to the under barrel attachment slot of your rifle. The firing of the grenade launcher is already fast so there should be no arguments in terms of over powering here. It would simply add more in depth weapons customization.

I understand that further questions in terms of balancing would arise, but seeing that these attachment combos would add a bit more weight to your gun, there would obviously be varied effects of these combinations to make sure this customization update does not make weapons too overpowered.

If this is not feasible in a future update I would settle for additional side barrel attachment slots as well as the ability to attach grenade launchers to high-end weapons only. This would increase the significance of finding a high-end weapon and the added customization slots on high-end weapons would further separate them from lower rarity weapons, making them more significant.

This customization update would add some more authenticity and flavor to an otherwise outdated and somewhat dry customization scheme in The Division.

Ya I can't figure why you can't have a lazer sight along with a hand guard. I could understand having to chose between a lazer sight and other sights.

I'm assuming it's a balancing issue in terms of DPS and accuracy but if they factor in how weight would effect accuracy, DPS etc. Then there should be no problem at all. Also, Ubisoft is very capable of having quite in depth, authentic weapon customization as we've seen in the Ghost Recon series.
