Ran the dark zone last night on my second character AND WHEN i LEFT AT 5am CENTRAL (4/21) AND WENT TO BASE MY Midas was missing from my character. I've had it since the first day I ran the dark zone and would like to get it back. I'm not a kid trying to pull something.. I'm 68 years old and love gaming,but this bug is too much. Even if I wanted to create a new character and grind through all of the main missions again, I would just lose him if they did eventually fix my account since they are resetting everything back to the day the 1.1 patch dropped. Sending me an email about being granted 500 Pheonix credits is all I have gotten back for a response.

After playing for several hours on Friday 22 night (Pacific Standard Time), on Saturday morning I came to realize that my character was missing. This is after the April patch. Is this a recurring issue still. I thought that it was on the works.
I didn't accidentally delete my character and I live alone and no one has my account info.
I contacted Ubisoft through chat, and they told me that it is a known issue but it should be resolved shortly (on 4/23). On 4/25 (today), they told me that I am S.O.L. That, they (ubisoft chat ppl) don't have any updates on the matter. I haven't even received an email back from Ubisoft (not even one offering pheonix credits!). This is not a cheap game and it is insulting to be treated as kids.
I guess by reading the other posts that this problem will not be fix any time soon.
Any updates on this?

Me (4/25/2016, 4:25:38 PM): I know... you have said that... with the same exact words a couple of times... I am asking if the bug has been fixed as they said it was. The reason why I am asking is because my character went missing after april 15 (when ubisoft said that they released a hot fix)

I guess that the bug is still going on! So what is the point on creating a new character
2 weeks with no fix or an ETA, and your customer service agents being blunt\rude about the issue. Chatted with MS and got fully refunded for both game + DLC. I suggest anyone else still missing their character to do the same. If you really still want the game or they do eventually fix the issue, go buy a used copy online for cheap ; )
Well now I know to never pre order anything again. I purchase my Xbox Elite between Christmas and New Years. When I got home I pre order this game beacuse It was one of the games that I wanted the Xbox for. So now today I got a hold of Microsoft to try to get a refund but since my purchase was made last year theres nothing they can do about it. So if a major issue would have taken place on launch day I still wouldnt have been able to get a refund. Microsoft way to get around this is to talk to my bank and dispute the purchase. SMH
i've just logged out of the division put my controller down on the character selection screen to get a drink i looked up and my character had disappeared & it showed up start new game with a blank character
i had put in over 7 days (over 168 hours) of game play on that character this happened at around
02.00 on 28/april/2016 UK TIME
i am not at all happy about this all that hard work for nothing is there any way i can get my character back? please help me resolve this problem ubisoft i will be forever grateful for your help.
i have been having problems before this with russian consulate missions not ending and not receiving my phoenix credits also and been kicked from the group for no reason all together i have lost about 190 phoenix credits & now this catastrophic event of my player disappearing has made me proper depressed please help me to get my character back ubisoft.
as i cannot cope with doing all of that grinding all over again.
