    Got my Refund

    I received a refund today from Microsoft for my digital download. i was lucky enough to speak to a fairly upfront customer service agent at length who informed me they, like all of us, are waiting for ubisoft to tell them what is going on. For sure the last 24hrs have brought a lot of people to Microsoft for resolution. The unfortunate part of the refund as i understand it is that at least for now, the refunds for digital downloads are done on Microsoft's dime. Even though i got my money back which is nice, it had 0 financial impact on ubi at least at this time which really irks me. I was sure to let the customer service rep know i would much prefer ubisofts money over microsoft lol I dont really know the details of how it works but i certainly hope microsoft seeks reimbursement from ubisoft for all the players they have to refund

    That does suck that Microsoft for the time being has to cover the bill for Ubisoft because of their mistake, but I doubt Microsoft would be alright with a couple thousand $100.00 refunds...I mean you would think Microsoft at that point would be like "alright now Ubisoft"

    at this point I just want to play the game I paid for and was actually enjoying before all this happened, not being able to even start a new character without it also being deleted sucks

    I just asked the Devs in their twitch feed going on.

    "I don't know, I have to wait for confirmation before I can say anything" No ETA, nothing.

    So they aren't working in it. They are playing the game. Period.

    The guy streaming just accused me of wanting my character back so I can exploit!

    I seriously just got told that characters back and exploits have the same priority, and that I only want to get my character back so I can cheat! Are you ****ing kidding me?

    Yep, just confirmed the exact thing, The guy streaming "can't say".

    Literally said "It's equally as frustrating with the missing characters" as he just streams away playing ... No stream should be taking place right now, all hands on deck to return 1000's of paying customers games to them, and then move forward with doing regular everyday things. Like wow, we really aren't a priority here at all ...
