    darkzone lvl has been reset to lvl 1. PS4.

    since the update 1.1, my darkzone lvl has been reset to lvl 1. I was lvl 36. am I alone in this situation ? I'm player PS4. I'm still lvl 30 in PVE but lvl 1 in PvP.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and want to thank you for your understanding and your help in identifying this issue.

    This issue doesn't effect me and neither did the backpack issue, but the way these are being dealt with installs no faith in me for when such issues will/do effect me.
    So just to get things straight in my head, one server got corrupted, in order to fix this issue the obvious roll-back will be done. In order to do this you need to bring down all the servers? This makes very little sense.
    Also instead of just bringing the server down for a "hot"fix the second this issue was sourced and the solution was devised, you will wait till the servers are brought down for weekly maintenance? So basically people have paid to play the game cannot play it because you have no system in place to either bring down one server for a data roll-back or because you can't bring down all the servers till a scheduled maintenance? But we know the later is not true, because the second there was a "issue" where people could actually benefit, the servers are brought down within hours for a "hot"fix.
    I now know why you don't offer a monthly sub and instead opt to rather get subs from a once off scheme. If you did offer a monthly sub I am pretty sure people would just cancel them at the sight of how issues that actually hinder and impede players are dealt with. Really regretting getting the season pass, as of yet I am to see a single benefit from having it other than some crappy gear that I got when I was already 4x the level of the gear.

    Missing Character

    I need my Character back, my friends are getting ahead and I'm stuck here with no Character. Please make this happen quickly.

    DZ level Reset

    I got the same thing happened to me. but afterwards when I signed back in, my character was gone

    Will Darkzone vendors hours be extended?

    I would like to buy the High End First Wave Socom M1A blueprint but since I need to be at level 75 (currently at 63 before my character was deleted) to buy it, but cannot. I have not played since my character was deleted and don't want to start a new one.

    They said this was just a UI error. Your ranks are what they should be on the server side.

    This needs to be fixed. ASAP.

    My suggestion? Make the instance activate upon anyone stepping foot in the mission area, put an object where people are exploiting, close the gap, add an invisible wall.

    Do a better job at testing your stuff. Please. I really like this game a lot and it's **** like this that's ruining it.

    Not to mention your new character would be reset anyway. What's the update on the "next maintenance" Ubi/Massive?
