I haven't seen the mats or 500 PC at the rewards vendor (just the 150).

I did get my character back on XB1 with the patch they released. I did not receive any compensation. 500PC and the material isn't what I was hoping for, but it works. It's enough to purchase and craft 1 gear set piece. At least that way you can choose what set you're going after.Originally Posted by DanO-Xbox Go to original post
I got 150PC that was given to all who logged in on one weekend to make up for missing daily missions. I never got anything for my character being deleted for 4 days. Honestly, at this point I'm going to keep playing the game, and trying to enjoy it to the fullest. But I will not spend another dime with UBI for anything. I will be surprised if we ever actually get compensation. That's not to say I'll be happy with UBI just surprised they did what they said.
I did receive my character back but I didn't receive any of the compensation they said they will give us.

problem was fixed but what UBI promised us as compensation i didn't receive anything, and my ticket is open for more then one month with no response from UBI. and i know that some people already got the compensation of :
