When exactly will this fix happen? "Shortly" could mean almost anything.

Agents,

Some of you reported that their characters went missing after Update 1.1. Our team has identified and fixed the source of this issue to ensure that your characters could be correctly restored.

The issue was caused by a malfunctioning server that couldn’t synchronize character data correctly and corrupted them instead. The game client was unable to read this corrupted data, and simply assumed that the character didn’t exist. Once this has been identified, we were able to restore the server to its normal functions, thus ensuring that the issue will no longer occur for other players.

For those who experienced the issue: your character is not gone. We are currently working on a fix that should make it available shortly. Implementing this fix will require a server downtime, and we will let you know when we are ready to perform it.
Please note however that in order to make your character available, we will need to restore the latest uncorrupted save of your entire account, which happened during the server maintenance of April 12. In other words, your character will be back just as you left it on April 12 at 9am CEST | 3am EDT | 12am PDT. You will lose any progress made on this character or any other one from the same account between April 12 and the next maintenance. This only applies to players who have been affected by the missing character issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience and want to thank you for your understanding and your help in identifying this issue.

Why couldn't send a fix that fast for those of us stuck on loading screen and what about compensation for those of us locked out I would've sufficient phoenix credits to the new gear sets.wtf

They said this was just a UI error. Your ranks are what they should be on the server side.

Can we please receive an update on this please. Some of us spent $100 on this game and we can't even play. Yet it took what felt like all of 3 seconds for you guys to fix something that actually benefited players. For example the larae Barret mission on challenging was dropping 4 high ends at the end you shut the servers for that. I really like this game, but this whole experience has left a sour treat in my mouth. I hope its fixed soon thank you guys.

I dont think i can take another sleepless night wondering where my agent's at, if he's ok, if he's hungry , or being shot at by npc with no one there to heal him or have him take cover behind a car. Poor guy, i know hes level 30 and should be able to handle himself on his own by now but i cant help but wonder. Hopefully when this is all said and done he'll get a nice settlement from the division. i think 1000 phoenix credits and some new green gear would help him to forget the whole ordeal.

Come on guys, if you aren't affected get the hell out. I'm seeing people bashing those of us (myself included) who have been locked out of playing SINCE INCURSIONS LAUNCHED. How about think about this, if you aren't affected stop defending Ubi/Massive. They pulled the "its fixed" to end the PR ****storm. But it isn't fixed until the patch. 48 some hours and I still haven't received word of exactly when this update is happening. Yet you guys LUCKY enough to play and farm HE 4 per run drops, that was FIXED INSTANTLY. Some of you guys in here who aren't affected need to think. I have not been able to log in for even ten seconds since incursion update launched. THink about that, 175 hours into my character, hes gone, excited as Fu&* to play new content and I get this deleted character ****. Now once again, If you guys have a freaking fix how about a date when those of us affected will be able to once again log in for the FIRST TIME SINCE INCURSIONS? A week? If you think I'm waiting until next tuesday for a server maint. you guys are insane.


How about a freaking update on what "SHORTLY" means? How about a ****ing timeframe? How about when can I get to play the effing product I paid for?

I am really getting pi$$ed off right now, my agent has been alone for 2 days now! he has PTSD and needs someone to be there with him but I cant and it scares me! I just dont want him doing something really stupid without my guidance. I miss him a lot and really hope I can be with him soon! I thought I heard some news about him the other day but I need more news about whats going on...

seriously though... we need more updates about this situation, I am missing out on a lot of stuff and would like to play with my friends. I did create a new character but I just dont feel like playing cause my level is too low, takes too long to level up and by the time I do level up my new character will be deleted and replaced with my old one. so whats the point of doing it all over again to lose it? lol I feel some great in game compensation would be a good choice at this point.
its really frustrating to sit here and wait with little to no info on whats happening behind the scenes... please update us!

I think this really needs to be said.

It is completely unfair that those of us who downloaded the game are getting absolutely nothing during this time.
All those people who have the disk at least have a paper weight, a coaster,..or maybe a brick.
I have nothing but an app on my xbox mocking me while papers fly all willy nilly on my desk and drinks stains my coffee table.
