    Same Issue

    I logged on to look at the new updates then, logged off. A few hours later, I reconnected to be disconnected and had to reconnect. Once I did this, I was missing one my level 30 characters.

    Just finished with customer service and have the same problem. No suggestion except to create an ALT. Are you kidding me?!

We are currently investigating this issue and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. If you would, please provide the following information to aid our investigation:

    -What platform are you playing The Division on?
    -Did you play the Incursion mission prior to noticing a character(s) was missing?
    -Have you tried selecting the Log Out option from the game menu?
    -Did you lose a single character or multiple characters?
    -What level was your character(s)?
    -Had you recently crafted or equipped any weapons or gear?

    Me (4/12/2016, 3:32:32 PM): Played Falcon Lost Incursion before i was error code "mike"
    Me (4/12/2016, 3:32:47 PM): I have tried selecting log out
    Me (4/12/2016, 3:33:02 PM): I only lost 1 single character (only one)
    Me (4/12/2016, 3:33:09 PM): Level 30
    Me (4/12/2016, 3:33:26 PM): I had recently crafted a HE MP5 N SMG
    Me (4/12/2016, 3:33:57 PM): and then equipped it
    Me (4/12/2016, 3:34:03 PM): so this doesnt sound good

    THIS is all you have?! You implement a patch that is supposed to fix this and it makes it worse!

    RIP to 100+ hours of my life!1

    The same thing happened to my character I logged in earlier today everything was fine I logged out and then came back later tried to log into my character was given a MIKE error i restarted and it has been completely gone since then! They better fix this all of my good mods and guns were on that character! Also I have logged into my alt and the same thing happen for me as the guy above if had no limbs! Also one person said they had recently crafted a high end MP5 and equipped it I had as well so I wonder if that had something to do with it. Hopefully Ubisoft can use this information to fix this because if they do not I don't know if its worth starting all over!

    I have the same thing with my alternate Character.

    No limbs and looks like hollow man. I have not recently crafted anything.

    Missing character

    MY lvl 30 character is missing from my game and i cant seem to find it what do i do to resolve this issue?

    I am beginning to wonder if there is any type of QA/TEST team. I love grinding and spending time to optimize gear only to have it all taken away buy some F'ed up bug.

    Same thing happened to me. Over 7 days of playtime with my main character and it's completely gone. All that's left is my alt. Needless to say after having the gold edition and being extremely excited to try the new update I'm gutted and if there is no fix I'm most likely finished with The Division. Extremely frustrating and I feel for everyone else that lost their main as well.
