And another Noob-Question:
I'm always quite unsure about the Medal times to set: What happens if i re-upload a track? Will the old one be replaced? Or are there then two instances of my track?
I mean, if i see that there are too much Gold or Platinum medals I'm watching the replays of those, and if i see there is too much of an Error margin i would like to fix the times and replace the Track that is already in TrackCentral.

Re-uploading places another instance of it on track central.
I personally don't think medal times on custom tracks aren't that big of a deal as long as they are reasonably set, no reason to re-upload a track for, for me at least I'd only short-term re-upload something that would be broken.
I try to set my medal times (on anything up to Hard difficulty) fair on platinum times, and usually set gold runs to 0 fault as well, and then adjust the gold time and silver time/faults based on length and amount of checkpoints or difficulty.

How to remove world limits...you ask? glad to explain:D
To remove world limits its as simple as placing a "clear area" and must have base world objects selected at these coordinates in the world editor(238,193,490) to see where your putting it you need to use a "vector object source"

As teri said, re uploading tracks just for medal times is not worth it. Re uploading tracks in general, is a bad idea, unless you really messed up, due to not being able to remove a track that you uploaded. Glad to see more builders.
