Everybody got same problem, if u gonna tipe to support, u will spend mabey one year waiting on theyr respond. I donť know, if i will have big firm, and somebody will need a report or help from support, and one guy can´t do everything, i will hire another one.... I´m allready waiting on repond from support one week, and i send them every thing what did they want from me, if anybody can speed that...03154385... Oh I see! My Support contact was reading this off the Ticket notes about the reply so I will talk to him again and ask him to investigate. I will give them the info that you never received a reply at all. My contact person will be back tomorrow morning so I will send the info to him right now and check in tomorrow.
I think Support may have thought Bruno contacted you more recently than that but I am unsure of where the disconnect happened exactly. In any case they just got back to me and said they didn't realize you didn't receive a more recent response and will push this case up for more immediate assistance. They should be getting back to you soon.

They have forwarded this up the ladder like I said before. At this point the only thing we can do is to wait for them to get back to you. Like I said before I do not know where the disconnect happened originally but they are now aware that you are still waiting to hear back so they said they pushed it up the ladder. I don't have any additional information for you at this time so we will need to sit tight and wait for Support to make their next move.
