    Ubisoft ssupport *****

    Everybody got same problem, if u gonna tipe to support, u will spend mabey one year waiting on theyr respond. I donť know, if i will have big firm, and somebody will need a report or help from support, and one guy can´t do everything, i will hire another one.... I´m allready waiting on repond from support one week, and i send them every thing what did they want from me, if anybody can speed that...03154385... PLEASE. its only configuration of my f****** profile

    I will poke at Support with your ticket number and see if I can get an update on it's status for you. If I don't hear back from them today I will try again Tuesday when I come back from my days off (Sunday and Monday).

    Hi T.Kron.J! I heard back from Support this morning. They say they replied to your original inquiry already but you had further inquiries on the ticket submitted 3 days ago. They still have the ticket open for you and are working on your follow-up with them and will get back to you shortly

    Oh I see! My Support contact was reading this off the Ticket notes about the reply so I will talk to him again and ask him to investigate. I will give them the info that you never received a reply at all. My contact person will be back tomorrow morning so I will send the info to him right now and check in tomorrow.

    I think Support may have thought Bruno contacted you more recently than that but I am unsure of where the disconnect happened exactly. In any case they just got back to me and said they didn't realize you didn't receive a more recent response and will push this case up for more immediate assistance. They should be getting back to you soon.

    Is This Real? Nobody contact me with some help, NOBODY didnt even help me for whole time, it will be one moth from starting that Case/problem. What they only do, is that they send me CTRL + C , CTRL + V to fill up some informations and that was all, HELLO? Im styll here and want help

    They have forwarded this up the ladder like I said before. At this point the only thing we can do is to wait for them to get back to you. Like I said before I do not know where the disconnect happened originally but they are now aware that you are still waiting to hear back so they said they pushed it up the ladder. I don't have any additional information for you at this time so we will need to sit tight and wait for Support to make their next move.

    Ty for reponding me, i dont know if u even helped me coz everytime when u tell me u send them again my problem they didnt respond

    But my opinion about i will not purchase from ubi. styll is. This is horible Supp.
