    Realistic Damage and hit count!!

So I think the game is shaping up fairly well. All I ask is make the damage realistic. I don't waste a clip just trying to kill one guy like the Division. 2-3 shots should be enough to take down an individual. Or at least add a hardcore mode with one hit one kill. Every shooter should have this.

Watch the kills on the trailer - including the double kill with a single shot!
I will. One thing I've always liked about the ghost recon series is the authenticity and the close knit community. Bluefox weren't you one of the members invited to ubisoft?

The reason is The Division is an RPG, not an action/stealth game like Ghost Recon Wildlands.
I donīt know why so many people complain this or put both games on the same step.

I think its only fair if people are a little bit confused! Tom Clancy stampede games has allways been about authentecy and realism, until Ubisoft bought the name and changed the recipe.

Yeah I get that the Division is an RPG. I felt like Future Soldier and RB6 Siege both take more shots to kill someone than needs to be. 2-3 shots should be the norm. GRAW & GRAW 2 had a good hit characteristic.

I hope this is the case and not a bunch of bullet sponges.

This is not the Division, and if you want to have your own opinion (like a lot of people suggested it) go take a look at the E3 2015 trailer and how many bullets were needed to kill an ennemy. But this is pre-alpha footage and think may change but I don't think that in one year ennemies will become bulllet sponges and GRW a RPG.

Because RPG or not, the bullet damage should be at least believable and not some LEGO-esque type shooter.

^ For a tactical shooter, yes, I am in total agreement. For a RPG like The Division, no. RPGs operate on a completely different set of rules and genre tropes/conventions. Whether you fight with swords and spells or assault rifles and pistols, it will be a longer and more drawn out affair due to how the genre is done. The Division is based entirely upon leveling up, acquiring the best gear, and the use of abilities/tech that operate on cooldown timers - each offering different values for armor, resistances, and buffs/de-buffs. There are also a lot of different situational and passive skills, talents, and perks that also give various buffs and de-buffs. Certain weapons can employ different status effects (fire, blast, bleed, shock, etc.) in addition to the ones gained by using consumables like incendiary rounds. The basic gameplay is very, very, very complex in what you can do though there are definitely certain builds which give you a better chance than others. Eventually though, you get to a point where you're powerful enough that enemies that can get downed with a handful of shots just aren't fun to fight because it's just too easy. Anything less than a mob of high level and high-damage dealing bullet sponges is a waste of time.

Thankfully, since GR isn't a RPG there won't be much to worry about in seeing massive bullet sponges (I hope...). The game flat out won't have anything like what's in The Division. What we need to be wary of is like what the OP mentioned in that enemies take too many shots in games like Rainbow Six Siege and Future Soldier - not particularly bullet spongey (outside of those RIDICULOUS suicide bombers...) but also not in that classic GR/R6 style of downing someone with shots to the center mass in 1-3 hits. The most important thing to me though is making sure the hit detection is bang on so we don't get things like this:

You are a bad player then lol

Because you can kill very fast on those games.
