I've been getting dropped/delta codes followed by mike codes. Sunday morning was the only day I got in for 10+ consecutive minutes. Connection even worse this morning AFTER the server maintenance. Needs to be fixed soon.

The April 12th fix is not something I heard from someone claiming to work for Ubisoft, but it is what is going around the forums. Talkiing to Zachary S. with Ubisoft support I did find out that Ubisoft/Massive is aware of the problem. It is definitely an issue on Ubisofts' side (this may be one of the reasons they have been so tight lipped) and hopefully they fix it. It would just be nice if someone from the company said, "We know we f@*#%& up, we will fix it somehow." I was hoping with starting this thread it would give Ubisofts' community manager the chance to interact with wayward fans. Only time will tell. In the meantime have fun posting pictures of you and the CCoD (Connecting Circle of Death) on Instagram, or what have you, I know I have (Vanity items soon to appear in the pictures) and hashtag it #connectingcircleofdeath.

P.S. Ubisoft your our only hope. New York needs our help, and we want nothing more then to give it, but we seem to have a bug.
Here is the conversation I had with a rep last week. The issue is a profile corruption of data and that there servers are not staying connected to your profile even with a wired connection.

Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:01:03 PM): Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Live Support. Please give me a moment to read your question, and I'll be with you shortly.
Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:02:24 PM): Alright so in regards to deleting save data we actually cant see it. However if you have never connected there wouldn't be any save data to delete.
It is still a delta code that is popping up ?
Me (3/25/2016, 11:03:48 PM): I never get a delta code ever I get to the connecting screen then the game freezes and crashes and it is only the division I have deleted the characters I was able to make but not continue playing after I make it to manhattan. But I cant even start a new character at all
Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:04:15 PM): oh wow this is definitely labeled incorrectly, so it gets to " connecting *profilename* "
Me (3/25/2016, 11:05:18 PM): right after that part if I try to connect to servers. I have gone through my ISP and I am getting 0% packet loss with 39 MBPS download speed and still not able to connect
Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:05:29 PM): Yeah i think we misunderstood what was going on here. So in the interest of determining which issue you are apart of, You said you were able to play did you ever craft any high end items?
Me (3/25/2016, 11:06:35 PM): I never crafted a single thing I was only able to make it to lvl 15 and that took me a full week with all the times I got booted from the servers. I have posted another question but I havent' heard nothing in 4 days
Me (3/25/2016, 11:07:58 PM): My friend was able to connect to my account and play the game but if I log in it wont work.my xbox is fine because this is the only game that has this issue
Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:08:28 PM): Hmmm so here's the issue, we cannot delete account save data but it appears you are in an infinite load category instead of a delta code.
This one is one that the development team has been working on identifying and resolving but if it is indeed acting in this manner there wouldn't be much you could do from your end to fix it as it looks like you've seen.
Me (3/25/2016, 11:09:16 PM): I even traded in the disc for a digital copy and it continued
Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:09:28 PM): Yep if it's the infinite load then it's definitely profile based
Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:09:58 PM): so you're on the right track with the save data, but the development team is working on a global fix and deleting save data would just push the issue off for you and cause it to happen again
Me (3/25/2016, 11:10:10 PM): so is there a way to remove the profile so I can start over?
Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:11:05 PM): Unfortunately not. only the development team is able to modify accounts and currently they're working on a global fix for it so they've said no profile migrations as that would cause issues with the fix
Me (3/25/2016, 11:12:38 PM): okay so are they giving a time frame for this fix to be pushed out? This has been happening since Alpha for me and I find it crazy that my friends play the game just fine but I am the only one out of us that has this issue.
Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:14:33 PM): Well the relative amount of issues people are having are less than a percent of the overall population so it seems it's just bad luck on this one :/ There is no ETA on it but it is bundled in with a couple other similar issues they are working on. I'm hoping it will be soon since my account is affected by a bug similar to this
Me (3/25/2016, 11:15:51 PM): Okay so I am just SOL until they develop the fix.
    Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:16:04 PM): pretty much :/
    Me (3/25/2016, 11:16:10 PM): ugh
Me (3/25/2016, 11:16:22 PM): Back to destiny I go until then
Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:16:35 PM): Unfortunate, I definitely feel the pain but I can understand that!
Me (3/25/2016, 11:17:22 PM): Okay then I guess I will just keep watching the forums for an update.
Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:17:43 PM): Yep that's definitely the best course of action, it's linked to the " infinite load " issue in case you're using keywords
Me (3/25/2016, 11:18:03 PM): okay I will remember that. Thanks for the help
Sean S (3/25/2016, 11:18:42 PM): no problem at all

Hope that clears it up for yeah. I have been dealing with this since Alpha and I finally got an answer. I have done it all except buy a new Xbox. It is 100% on Ubisofts end.

    Conneting Circle of Death

After being zeroed in by Force58 I went to the following place in The Division forum:

    General Discussion

[Connectivity] Infinite Loading / Crafting (It should be one of the first three or for threads)

The following is what I read, which was posted by Natchi_Ubisoft on 04-01-2016:

We are aware that some of you are experiencing an issue where you are locked out of your account.
This is usually caused by having crafted a High-End backpack. We are looking to resolve this, it's one of our main priorities at the moment.

To help us do this, we'd like to ask people to respond to this thread answering to the following questions:

    Platform:
    Gamertag on platform:
How long have you been locked out:
Did you craft a High-End Backpack:
Did you have issues with missing items before being locked out:
Was your inventory full or overflown (over capacity):
What was the last thing you did before logging out:
Are you getting any error codes:

Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your cooperation

Update: Thanks to your input we've been able to identify the cause of the issue. We have not yet pushed a patch for this, but it's our top priority in bug fixing and we'll deploy the solution as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we would like to advise you not to attach mods on items you are not using.

We'd like to thank you again for your cooperation and patience.

Update 2: We will be deploying a fix in update 1.1 on April 12th that should resolve instances of the infinite loading/backpack issue. Due to this fix requiring a client patch, we cannot deploy it at an earlier date. We thank you for your patience.

    Hope this helps.

For me this has been happening for a few days, at least a week with the glitching, but surfing forums I have found a lot of people who have been facing the same issue -- an in a lot of cases for a longer period of time. After putting in some claim tickets, I finally got ahold of a Ubisoft service rep who basically told me that the Dev tea is aware of the problem, there are no plans at this time for compensation for players affected, and that the rep was sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm hopping by posting this thread other Xbox One players have a space to express their grievances and that someone on The Division team will give use some answers -- or even better a solution. Personally waiting years for the game, playing the Alpha and both the Betas, and dropping $100 on the Gold Edition (all this equals money and more importantly time invested in a franchise) has me quite frustrated at the seemingly lack of care by Ubisoft and The Division team. Hopefully, Division Dev team, you will prove me wrong and reinsure my faith in this game being something great.

To help alleviate frustrations over Ubisofts' inability to allow me to play the game I paid for and to raise awareness I have been posting on Instagram and hashtagging the post with #connectingcircleofdeath, #thedivision, #tomclancysthedivision, and #ubisoft. Please feel free to join in on the debauchery, or just simply like the post to show Ubisoft that we care and are worth listening to.

P.S. The Division Dev team, I love your game but my heart is breaking with every turn of the wheel.

Hi. I agree that we should be compensated for our losses and that includes money and time spent on the game. I am frustrated and disappointed in the problems because I love this amazing game.

    Delta 20010186

For the last ten days I've sent emails, requests, I changed my modem, called Xbox to open all ports...which resulted in calling Comcast to open all ports. Unplugged EVERYTHING, then plugged it all back. The level of frustration I've experienced is quite mind boggling, because I keep going back to the game hoping this time will be different. I'm in the most dysfunctional relationship with this game. All I hear from my friends, are how they got this high end or that high end and how they did this or that. Seriously Unisoft.....YOU'RE KILLING ME SMALLS!!!!

i have been having the same problem for about 3 weeks now. it started with missing weapons and everytime i equiped one it would dissappear as soon as i logged off. Been going on like that back and forth, even with my team that i play with. they have the same issues. now its to the point where i lost my highend vest, highend backpack, and highend AK. Now i have the circle of death. This is crap. Then money invested and more so the time i have invested for nothing. unable to play, and keep my gear so whats the point. i want a refund and you can have your game back. my team feels the same way. they only played cause i wanted to play. fix asap. these things should not be taking place.

I can't wait to hear Ubisoft's explanation of WHY it took so long to get the patch out (I don't buy the server excuse). We never hear one way or the other, but this will go down as one of the worst post release game-breaking issues and followup by a company, EVER.
Few thousand players locked out vs millions of players still playing IS probably 1%. And it seems like there are others who are locked out for other reasons other than inventory bug. So this is getting very interesting.
