    Still cannot connect to Division servers "Connecting Circle of Death"

    I just realized I have been posting on a PC thread. After losing gear (including High End items), weapons skins and attachments being removed from weapons, Delta and Mike error codes, I am no longer able to connect to the servers. For me this has been happening for a few days, at least a week with the glitching, but surfing forums I have found a lot of people who have been facing the same issue -- an in a lot of cases for a longer period of time. After putting in some claim tickets, I finally got ahold of a Ubisoft service rep who basically told me that the Dev tea is aware of the problem, there are no plans at this time for compensation for players affected, and that the rep was sorry for the inconvenience.

    I'm hopping by posting this thread other Xbox One players have a space to express their grievances and that someone on The Division team will give use some answers -- or even better a solution. Personally waiting years for the game, playing the Alpha and both the Betas, and dropping $100 on the Gold Edition (all this equals money and more importantly time invested in a franchise) has me quite frustrated at the seemingly lack of care by Ubisoft and The Division team. Hopefully, Division Dev team, you will prove me wrong and reinsure my faith in this game being something great.

    To help alleviate frustrations over Ubisofts' inability to allow me to play the game I paid for and to raise awareness I have been posting on Instagram and hashtagging the post with #connectingcircleofdeath, #thedivision, #tomclancysthedivision, and #ubisoft. Please feel free to join in on the debauchery, or just simply like the post to show Ubisoft that we care and are worth listening to.

    Well since you left the door open I think I will express a problem I'm having that is similar. I was running a mission on challenging and right before the boss goes down. BOOM! Freeze screen. Now when I start the game and the Division image comes up but then straight to black screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to no avail. Multiple messages to Ubi and no answer. So disappointing. Hopefully when I get home from work things will be different. I hope you have better luck with your problem!

    Well I woke up this morning to continue working on a second character and was met with the connecting circle of death which eventually throws an error and boots me. Ironically my original character has no issue connecting at all.

    I just don't understand how game manufacturers aren't checking the viability of their own login systems before shipping. This isn't even the missing item/backpack issue its a whole new one.

    Edit: I think I may have trouble shooted part of my issue, maybe. The bug appears to be with the Hudson area. I may a third new character and upon reaching the initial base after the intro I get booted and now am unable to log into that character as well. My main which is parked outside the base of operations has no issues logging in

    nice to know others are having the same issue. started yesterday with my main guy missing my HE backpack and other HE items and guns( no backpack is shown on my guys back by the way, my weapons just hang over and sometimes in my shoulder).
    started a new char. last night. everything had been going well till about an hour ago, now i can't connect at all.

    Hi,
    I got a similar issue, I got the game installed on an external hdd & have the disc version of the game, sometimes the game crashes back to the dashboard on the first initial boot up, it crashes soon after the main division game splash screen & before the yellow loading circle even comes on screen, on the second try it works perfectly, very weird this happens, i tried everything from reinstalled the game, clear the xbox cache, deleted my xbox profile & still this happens randomly, my other games run perfectly, so i guess the game tries to connect to something even just after the first division splash screen appear after pressing the "a" button to launch the game?

    Missing Gear/Connectivity Issues

    I as well was playing last night and then all of a sudden I had no backpacks, no masks, and 2 of my HE weapons were missing. I restarted my xbox one and was unable to get back on. I have not been able to get back on sense and I am really getting tired of the glitches and not being able to play. I believe I speak for a lot of people that think this is an amazing game but come on, these bugs really need to be fixed. Its not like they are small bugs that people can deal with.

    Yeah I am pretty disappointed in the response by ubi. I am definitely not buying another one of their games at this point. I have been locked out of my account for almost two weeks and have another eight days to go before I can get back in(hopefully). I will not be as geared up as any of my friends and will have to play even more to get caught up so I can play the incursions. They really don't seem to even care just an "awww shucks" sorry for the inconvenience type response. I feel as though I would have been better off setting a $100 bill on fire.

    Connecting circle of death

    I have been doing a lot of looking around on this issue (not being able to connect to the game) and the two things I have heard is Ubisoft/Massive now about the problem and there should be a patch on April 12 to fix it. The April 12th fix is not something I heard from someone claiming to work for Ubisoft, but it is what is going around the forums. Talkiing to Zachary S. with Ubisoft support I did find out that Ubisoft/Massive is aware of the problem. It is definitely an issue on Ubisofts' side (this may be one of the reasons they have been so tight lipped) and hopefully they fix it. It would just be nice if someone from the company said, "We know we f@*#%& up, we will fix it somehow." I was hoping with starting this thread it would give Ubisofts' community manager the chance to interact with wayward fans. Only time will tell. In the meantime have fun posting pictures of you and the CCoD (Connecting Circle of Death) on Instagram, or what have you, I know I have (Vanity items soon to appear in the pictures) and hashtag it #connectingcircleofdeath.
