    In-App Purchase did not work

    Language: English or German
    Country: Switzerland
    Describe your problem as clearly as possible:
    Two In-App purchases did not work. One was the MOUND OF GEMS and the other was the STACK OF GEMS.
    As far as I can remember the error with the number 9 occurred.
    Please either refund the money or send me the purchases which I have on my credit card!

    Why no action so far??

    Hello support have you seen my thread? Would you be so kind to restore my failed purchases.
    It is not acceptable to have the purchases billed on the credit card but NOT receiving them!
    So please RESTORE MY FAILED PURCHASES
