Bought the Trials Fusion Awesome max, but it keeps crashing. I get "Trials_fusion.exe has stopped working" always. If I am lucky I get into game and maybe play a level, but then gets the error. Not a question of if, but when.
Tried doing the usual error-problem finding. Gone through the usual support list and disabling, updating, verifying, clearing, reinstalling and what have we. Tried running the game in different compatibility modes and/or admin rights.
I am at a loss, so if anyone has any suggestions...
I bought Awesome Level Max a few days ago. And since, my game tends to crash too. I'm not sure if it's related to the dlc but it didn't happened before.
The thing is the game crashes when I play tournaments or custom track on TC. I can play the solo campaign without any problem though.
So I guess my game crashes a bit less than your, but it still anoying as it can crashes after less than 10 min. Crashes seems random, like in the middle of a track.
I've tried everything I could think of, without any success for now...
So I'm definitely interested in suggestions too!

This kind of problem is very hard to help with because it can literally be anything.
However, I'll try to see why you didn't get any answer from the customer support team.
If you share here your hardware configuration and version of windows and drivers, maybe someone will be able to help you here.

I can understand the frustration but I have to make clear that I am not expecting the customer support to resolve every problem players can meet on PC. There is just too many different context and it is very hard. Between the number of hardware configurations and the number of software configurations, it's simply impossible to make sure we understand every case, for our support or any support team in the world.
I am very sorry you are having troubles and I just hope the support team to do their best, but if they can't find solution, I won't blame them for that.

What a cop-out. So you are basically saying "if we cant solve the problem or help you, we are sorry, bad luck".
The last support idiot on this case, told me to do stuff with my computer that gave me black screen and I had to go through win install disc and find old restore point and then go through extensive cleanup. Dont blame support, no of course not, they are brilliant.
Before you blindly support and defend your support, make sure you know what they are doing, because they sure as hell don't. And seeing that you are one of the developers, well I guess you dont either.

My point is that at least 90% of the problems on PC come from the PC and not from the game and the number of combinations can be infinite depending on what softwares the player has installed on his computer.
So, I stay on my earlier position: I don't expect them to fix everything and I really wonder what type of operation can cause a black screen/win install disc when trying to fix a game. There are more likely other problems on the computer initially.
If I recognize we can't fix everything or know everything, and that we can make mistakes, I also recognize there is absolutely no reason for anyone to be disrespectful.
So please, feel free to share your opinion and point of view, but make sure to stay respectful.
