First, pardon my english, not my native langage so there should be some strange turn of phrase.

So this is my ideas about some aspects of the game that should be reworked to enhance the pace of the game :


Currencies rebalance to rework the actual pointless system (because actually, currencies works by "tier", when you leave a tier, the last currency lose all interest) :

- Classic credits should buy everything OUTSIDE the darkzone except golden blueprints.
- DZ credtis should buy everything INSIDE the darkzone except golden blueprints. Also make DZ XP and DZ currency the same thing : as "souls" on Dark Souls, DZ XP could be some kind of money that you dont want to lose and that you have the choice to spend (engaging a better pace of that parallel character progression, on interest to refind your body in DZ and in reward for PVP).
- Phoenix should be used to buy golden blueprints and as THE recalibration money, not only in endgame. And with that, add Phoenix gain against Named during all progression, not only at lvl 30 ; also add daily "difficult" challenge at start of the game too -of course players need to do mission one time first to have the notification-, and replace challenges with "expert" at lvl 30 - have to be honest, at lvl 30, difficult challenge are annoying farming jokes).


As an HnS-like, rebuilding a character should be a pleasure, but some aspect of the game are a pain to redo, so this is what should be shared between characters for a pace more fluid and encouraging to use the feature for more than "mules" or "safe alternate character for PVP" :

- Collectibles (why should someone would want to refind all of them ?).
- Crafting material (no matter to have a stock at start, there's no real exploit possible because crafting is capped by level).
- Currencies (classic credits, DZ and phoenix ; again, no matter to have a stock at start, there's no real exploit possible because items are capped by level)
- DZ rank (as i suggest up there, make DZ XP and currencie the same thing).
- Maybe mainbase upgrade too (or add an option at the creation if you want a brand new start from zero or a new character linked to the "global progression").


Aspect of useless the game that should really need to be rethinked :

- Contamination lvl should be reworked to be a part of the gameplay with some kind of resistance jauge : more that you have a good mask lvl, more that you can stay longer in contaminated level. And this jauge should be restored by finding a "filter" item as loot, or on "ammo chest" only JTF safezone (main base and safe zone outside DZ). Linked to that, add behavior of factions to contamination zone, like Rioters and Rikers couldnt go on lvl3/4 contaminated without dying, LMB couldnt go in lvl 4 and only Cleaners could go everywhere. That could add lots of PVP fun, with chase and hide on contaminated zone).
- Lockpicks should be used to open the "DZ lvl caped chest" in Dark Zone, because actually, they are useless after doing all "PVE dungeons" one time.
- Also about keys (DZ keys and Lockpick) add buyable ones to all DZ safehouse for DZ currency.


At last a cosmetic suggestion surely too late at this state of the game engine but that could be really cool to exploit the echoes idea : outside the DZ, show sometimes echoe ghosts from other players (as in Dark Souls), that could add some "life" to the freeroam and suggest actions from first wave agents.
