I submitted a request via in-game help option in all channels many times.
Honestly I dont even know if I got a ticket number, but I would know, right?
Anyway, I gave up on that, coz you know, its a game, all in good fun. But it is frustrating playing all season and getting no rewards in the end.
I just hope this doesn't happen again this season for me and other players. Bunker is still down for me.

Well trying to get in the bunker for about 6 hours so, checking so every 30-60 minutes. Would love to see the new KTM course

Bunker still won't let me in... it's never been down THIS long. I see that others are already playing the new season, what gives???
Edit: moments after posting, I went to the special offers shop. Purchased a track that I didn't have, tried the bunker again and it worked. Got all rewards from KTM season and began ultimate season... however ultimate season will not find any opponents to start a showdown.
I've also noticed that controls are off in the last few days or so, last week I was getting the speed up/slow down bug. Now it doesn't feel like my bikes are accelerating like they normally do. For proof I raced a few ghosts to compare and indeed my bikes are not accelerating or leaning as well as they used to. In fact, it seems like i'm typically about 1.5 seconds behind my best time (usually 1.2-1.7) on every track no matter what.

Why does crap like this happen after every season? There is so much time to prepare so it doesn't happen. The season ended almost 12 hours ago and I still can't even access the bunker.

That is a relief. I didn't like that there was a track reward at ALL. Very unfair to the majority of players IMO, and it forces you to play the bunker, which I'm burnt out on. errr, here's a really crazy whacked out idea, if we all know it is a problem every time the bunker season ends, why doesn't someone actually do something about fixing it.

annecdotedly, support is rubbish for everyone. it is really appreciated, the work that Ubi-JollyCharly does, but we all just wish that it didn't need this amount of chasing, it should just work properly.
the forums are looking really dated - no persistent login, poor on mobile, and it seems the backend bug tracking is not up to it either. the game is great as i have said before, but it is really being let down by lots of unnecessary aggravation around the edges

I'm still having issues getting in to the bunker. Thinking about reinstalling just to see if it fixes the problem.

Thanks @xitooner for the lowdown on this bunker season, I think I'll go back to 'casual' bunker playing (meaning I don't use golden tickets or get super angry if I lose a match

Still won't match me with an opponent in bunker. I click "start new showdown"... New showdown drops down and says " finding opponent" or "match making" or whatever it says, then after a second or two at most it disappears.
I'm also seeing 4 riders already in Legends... That can't be right
