I dont get my prices from the KTM Season. I was on a Legend Place.
I open the Bunker, saw my Prices, Game crashed, open new Game, open the Bunker, i was in the new Season but dont get my prices from the KTM Season.
I wrote on the Support,

we all know that after each Season, there is always a time when everything needs to adjust, the Bunker isn't accessible, the rewards are not credited.
But most of the time it solves itself out. For example, I wasn't able to connect to the Bunker all day, I tried again 5 min ago and it worked!

If tomorrow you still have no rewards, no access to the Bunker, then it's time to contact the Support.

This is getting common issue already. I did not receive last seasons rewards even though i contacted support so many times. They didnt even reply my mails. But in this case, its still early. My best guess is the bunker needs some time after one season to prepare for the other. So dont keep rushing on receiving them, just wait until tomorrow. If its not done by then, tough luck, support is a joke in TF. Cheers and hope no bugs occur this season.![]()

If not, them it means your message didn't reach them. Because even if it takes some times to get an answer from the Support as they have a huge workload, they always answer.

My xitooner account got Bunker rewards this morning, but my (ahem) other account took another 4.5 hours... it just now worked. The whole time its been saying the Bunker was down...
Moral of the story... JollyCharly is probably on the right approach when he says "If tomorrow you still have no rewards, no access to the Bunker, then it's time to contact the Support.". Just be patient for a day and it should eventually work out.

If it is that common, why not make a sticky, or just a thread that can be bumped at new seasons, to say something like "Reminder: Bunker gets wonky between seasons"
That way people coming to the forums looking for answers won't have to dig.
