What's going on with the server, we can't get online.
Why is it taking so long for you guys to even notice the problem.
And looking at Console forum, they also have same problem......

Please check the servers.

they haven't answered anyone in weeks.... doesn't surprise me that 10 hours of server problems went unnoticed
